I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. I have been trying to get a phone there for a week and they can’t even give you a straight answer about why it’s not there yet. You get better service in a deli in East New York. Authorised retailers must keep the standards high…but not this one.

DON’T SHOP HERE Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store. The closest one is Middletown New York. This Russell store in Monroe is substantially more for every item (iPhone 13pro max $115 more) Plus they charge you a $35 in-house connection fee in addition Verizon will still charge you there $35 fee. We were also given quite a bit of miss information. Not worth getting into every detail. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Santana refused to answer basic questions, would just stare at me when I did ask, would point instead of use words when he wanted something signed, etc. I regret spending the money on the phone there, but at least I avoided getting my sister one and the watch like originally planned. Best Buy next time. Used to come here all the time but that was the strangest thing I’ve seen from someone in sales maybe ever. Not like I needed big answers to hard questions either. Just asked about a release date and if I can schedule monthly payments on a certain day. Sorry for attempting to purchase things in a store? Patrick was helping two people at once while I was awkwardly waiting to escape. Oh well

My old phone was destroyed after being submerged in water. Edwin not only gave us amazing service, and was very thorough, he was also able to restore everything that I thought I lost on the destroyed phone. He was kind, courteous and friendly. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be taking all of my Verizon needs to this store.
