Ran over a bolt and had it stuck in my tire. Called Tire Kingdom that afternoon on Friday and spoke to the manager. He said to come drop the car off Saturday morning and we'll patch it and have it completes at some point throughout the day. I wake my entire family up early, pack the car with my toddler, and drive to Tire Kingdom. I get there and the manager just repeatedly shakes his head no and says that he didn't say he couldn't patch my tire. Then says it won't be completed until Wednesday..... A phone call would have been nice before planning my entire morning around dropping off a vehicle if you can no longer complete the job or if you couldn't complete the work, don't say you can do it!! I purchased my tires there about 12 months ago, needles to say, I won't be back or recommend anyone here.

Have you ever thought about checking your lug nuts after having your tires rotated ? You might want to start if you go here. Took our Jeep Wrangler here for an oil change and tire rotation in August. Never thought about looking at all 20 lug nuts to make sure we still had the ones we arrived with. Had an OEM Mopar lock nut on all four tire/rims to prevent theft. Recently had a flat on the left rear….while changing the tire there was no lock nut on the rim. In its place was a beat up regular lug nut that looked like it had been kicked around the shop floor since wooden wheels were invented. Checked the other tires and the left front lock nut had also been replaced with a junk lug nut. If you know anything about these lock lug nuts you know the keys to get them off might break, NOT the lock nut. And let’s just say by some miracle a lock nut did break- No way on earth two out of the four would have broken. Now let’s talk about a bigger miracle and say both lock nuts did break…would it not be good business to tell a person when they came back to get their car, “Hey sorry we broke two of the four lock nuts” ? Is there a positive? Yes…I’m lucky a criminal didn’t see the lock nuts missing and steal the tires/rims off the driver side of my Jeep but now..to get five new lock nuts (need one for the spare too) that are all keyed alike I obviously have to replace all of them. Replacing them won’t break the bank so that’s not the point…it’s about honesty, integrity, good business practices. Seems like there’s a tire and auto service center about every 100ft…I’ll be sure to go else where.

Customer service was excellent. AAA is garbage. Got a flat, AAA said 4 hour wait. 4 hours...for a one mile flat drive. So I just drove 3 mph to this tire kingdom for a mile. Got a lot of honks. And called this place and they were very friendly. Didn't rip me off. Got me a tire for $113. I'll be coming back for life ! No more used tires for this guy. New only !!

I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to receive fast, friendly service. Billy made me feel like the most important customer he had that day, from the time I spoke to him on the phone, to the time he handed me the keys. I had a blow out on the highway outside of Jacksonville. Baker County Sheriff's officers got spare on and I managed to get to Jacksonville. Tire Kingdom was magnificent. Since I was traveling to south Florida the manager (Ransom) and an employee (Billy) prioritized our tire replacement. They were pleasant, professional and proficient. And on top of everything they gave me a military discount.- I highly recommend.

The worst experience I have ever had, brought my truck to the shop last Wednesday to replace both of my cv axles, picked it up and drove it 3 miles down the road and the right cv axle broke again come to find out they forgot to put the inner pins back in, so I bring it back to them, they said I’ll have it by the end of day, that didn’t happened I showed up Saturday to see the office manager, that is not even a mechanic working on my truck, let’s just say I had no vehicle until the following Monday, so for all the people that want honest and quality work stay away from this place
