Right now, it's not well stocked and very messy. But I did go on a Sunday afternoon so that might explain it. This is the first time I've been here and I probably won't go back. There are much better ones that I frequent.

The supply chain and staffing shortages are apparent in nearly every retail setting these days. But the employees that were there did a great job. Very friendly and helpful.

Very dirty with lots of empty shelves. The cashier was very nice so she gets 5 stars but the store was a mess

The store itself is good... manager Brandy, Kayla and Dressisa are excellent and treat cashier with respect and know without us the store wouldn't be a great success...on the other hand Manager Kathy who was originally fired! Started back working and has the worst attitude towards cashier's, stating she didn't need them and she was cleaning out all cashier's except a couple which is literally overworking the only cashier they can keep.. good luck baymedows store,!!!!

Have shopped there for 10 years, and never met an employee who was not friendly and helpful. But the place is a MESS and not well-stocked, due to the maximum employees allowed per shift, which is only two, but there are three when the store's General Manager is there. One employee is a cashier while the other expected to stock the entire store. I can't find what used to be standard items there for me anymore, for the last year or so.

I like the store itself, but the employees leave something to be desired. Some of them are rude and not very friendly, but the worse thing is they stand by the exit door smoking with no care the maybe someone doesn't want to walk through cigarette smoke

I purchased an item, but it did not work. So, I returned it. They say the policy is that they do not give refunds but you can do a return. So after doing the return I noticed that they did not given me the taxes that I paid for on that item. So the puzzling thing was if they do this to enough people they will have funded other merchandise that they could sell in their store on your dime. These are the practices of the retailers in order to fill their store with merchandise for you to purchase without themselves putting any collateral or sweat equity into obtaining it...ijs
