Customer service will make or break a store, even Dollar Tree the cashier BRANDON is the WORST ! His silence is the rudeness ! This young man will not even tell you what your total is! He just stands there! You say hello he says nothing! Some retraining really needs to be done! Not my first time dealing with him… but it will be my last!

Cashier was not very customer friendly, bad attitude did not say good morning or thank you.. I ask for my bag to be double instead of her putting my bag in another she handed me the second bag as if to say do it yourself, her customer service and attitude stinks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Were busy but opened 2 resister so there wasnt hardly any wait. This staff is one of the best ones i seen at the dollar trees in jax.

A lot of product makes the store cluttered. Looks like someone went thru the store and knocked things off the shelves and racks on purpose.

Maybe I had a different experience because I went there around 30 minutes after they opened.. I came to this location hoping to find a stocked clean Dollar Tree after reading the reviews but I was very disappointed when it was just as messy and cluttered as others in Jacksonville. There was so no music so the store was just quiet just very off.

Lines are long. Tim is GREAT ☺️! They have a new Manager, he seems to be nice and Welcoming. I think that he will be a great fit at this store. I see A Lot of Welcome changes being made 😃.
