I was on a job this morning and it requested that I go to this store and purchase items for a customer and payment must be made with the company’s card. However, at checkout I was having issues with the company’s card and a good and kind gentleman behind me in the checkout line paid for my items. After, contacting the company I was working with I was told to ensure the payment was made via the company’s card. I when back into this store and told the cashier I need to refund the items and repurchase so the money can come out the company’s card. The cashier then told me to sign for the refund, which I did and she then said I didn’t pay for it with my money so she can’t give me the money. She then called up her manager and I overheard her reporting the issue that the gentleman paid for my items and it seems like I do not want the refund back and what should she do with it? After her conversation with her manager, she told me that I can’t get the money because i didn’t not pay for it and it will stay in her.

Terrible Customer Service experience in my life!! I wasn’t greeted at the cash register! I was unwelcomed by a young lady screaming and cussing at what I assume was her boyfriend. As she proceeds to ring my belongings up taking her frustrations out on my drinks and items I was buying. Was extremely rude to me. Didn’t even tell me my total for my purchase. I had to ask in between her screaming on the phone instead of doing her job. Not to mention screaming cuss words in front of children! This is not customer service at all!! Needs to be fired. I’d appreciate it if a manager contact me.

This store has to be number one for worst store in jax.so many reasons why the staff is so unprofessional they will cuss you out(nightshift).the store is never clean there is always something in every section i couldn't imagine being elderly trying to maneuver my way through that jungle.there is nothing there to shop with no hand or push basket.i dont know how they expect there customers to shop comfortably.its obvious that customer service is the last thing on this company's minds.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The cashiers are the LAZIEST, RUDEST women I have ever come in contact with. The store is so unorganized and cluttered that you can't get down the aisles. Do not go here!

Came in for one item that was listed at 4.25 got to the register it rang up as 7.50. the manager Jasmine then went with me to verify the price on the shelf. she then told me she could give me the product for 5.00. I declined. as I was walking out of the store she said very loudly, “oh wow she’s cheap.” I too work in management dealing with customers of all walks of life and I would dare not put someone down especially concerning finances. What if 5.00 was all I had and chose that specific product so I could cover the taxes. Very poor customer service!!!

The female African American manager was so very helpful and experienced at her job. I would go there again. As a matter of fact I will make this my store to go to over the Dollar general which is located several blocks away, just because of her.
