The older woman that wears glasses is rude as hell and is always on some kind of power trip and always has a nasty attitude after having to deal with her multiple times I am very surprised that she still holds the job at this location after finding out she's had multiple issues at other Dollar General locations and like everyone else says the sign says closing time is 10 p.m. and if this particular rude woman is working the evening shift you can count on the place closing at least by 9:30 p.m. never fails!!! Even though I'm the customer and continue to go back I've tried to reason and be respectful to this woman but for some reasons she has repeatedly been very rude to me as I've witnessed her do the same with other customers!! Someone needs to put this woman in check and I'm surprised I don't see a bunch of other reviews singling her out because for the most part the rest of the employees that work there are usually pretty nice and decent!!!

I went today to get coffee needed help finding it and the person in there was just rude. Didn’t even help me. SMH. I won’t be back here.

Clean organized plenty of stock. Nice cashier. Plenty of parking easy in and out. Great quality for the price. Actually nice cotton throws and t shirts. Toss pillows. Great paper hygiene supplies. Cleaning supplies great selection. Groceries section is larger and very good deals. Clover valley for generics are great. Wonderful cereals and milk, eggs. Jellies and peanut butter bread. Baloney and sausage . Chuck hamburger. Chicken n fish. Stews. Canned and frozen vegetables . Cheese. And more!!

Went in without mask to get a necessary business supply. Staff informed me i must have a mask/ facial covering on to be inside this location. I returned to my vehicle, grabbed my N95, and proceeded to purchase my necessary business item. Cashier very conversational and personable. 😊👏 very good at her job. 🎶

I’m at this location on Atlantic and a woman and I were denied entry it is 9:50. I came to get brownies. I went up asked him if he was sure he wanted close up early. He said I have this guy in here and he is my last customer. I re asked if really wanted to do this since closing is 10. My review is to only make the store better. I get it’s a Saturday night but there are specific times for a reason.

Service here is hit or miss. Sometimes really nice and sometimes they can be very distracted. To be fair thinking it could be the business model of too few employees and a lot to do. Don't remember ever seeing more than 2 employees in the store at anytime. Store is usually neat.

I go here for emergencies only. Its not my kind of place. Mix and match customer service based on luck. They never have enough 12 pack pepsi products when they go on sale. Example 3 for $10 but only have 2 so its not 3 for 10 its 2 for 11 and so on. There stocking system is dizzy chaos nothing makes since you just have to look everywhere

The employees at least at the ones at 6830 Atlantic are superb! If you can't find it, they always know where it is, or if it's out of stock currently. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. This store is clean and neat as it can be, considering they try to make sure that they have a little of a lot of things. Personally I could meander around in there and (usually do) for hours!
