The store barely has anything. It always has stuff out on the floors and zero carts inside store. I really just do not like this one.

In the last month it seems every time I try to go to This store they are supposed to be open until 10pm and they lock the doors but are in the front of the store they will come out and tell you they are closed when there is clearly no reason for them to not be open. If the associates are going to close the store at 8pm you should change your store hours cause it does not look to good on the store when the associates appear to be just standing at the registers with the doors locked or are smoking in front of the store on their phones and claim they are closed The question is why

If I could ZERO stars I would! I have been visiting your place for years. I recently have a service dog with me. Before I even got all the way through the door, the employee SCREAMED at me about not allowing dogs. I told her she was a service dog and I continued walking. Once I was almost across the store she again... YELLLED that she needed a vest to prove it. Which according to the ADA law... you are NOT allowed to ask me any questions except for "Does your dog provide a service'', I then say '' YES" And that is ALL that is allowed to be asked of me. I was humiliated and embarrassed, but if that wasn't enough.. when I got to the register (didn't even get the item I went for) she started to claim my service dog was jumping all over everything and she has allergies. I hope you have cameras because you will see that my dog's back feet NEVER left the ground. She did in fact paw at me as that is her JOB! And she only did that because the employee was so horrible to me it made me visibly upset. She then told customers behind me '' I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY EVEN ALLOW ''THOSE" DOGS IN HERE... I HAVE ALLERGIES!" I have never been more humiliated and uncomfortable at a store in my life. I will also be contacting corporate with a list of the ADA laws.

The manager on duty was pretty rude; I didn't catch her name, but she was a middle-aged white woman. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Customer beware.

Many shelves in disarray. Carts left within narrow aisles. Unfriendly and inattentive cashier playing music on her phone. I did not feel welcomed, and will not return.

Very clean and we'll stocked in everything . Prices are great. Cart outdoors which are auto doors. Find items quickly. Large grocery area with nice ability to cook for one . No produce except frozen which is reasonable. Milks $3.29 A gallon near the door on the right. Nature's own brd. $3. Other breads white are $1. Juice most 2. ( Some are 2.50. pple juice 1.50 ish. Eggs are 1.50 a dozen and always are in good shape . Staff rings up accurately. They now have a self ck. Out for cards.

This place is the best Dollar general store in Jacksonville the reason being for that is that they have a full stock it's not your typical Dollar general it's like the old family style versions back in the day so you'll find things here that you won't find it regular Dollar general stores around town. And the staff is very friendly, funny and helpful! Joe should get a massive Christmas bonus lol! Happy holidays Dollar general thank you.

I went there on 5-25-2020 for a few things. One of those items had a couple wrapped around it but the register would not accept the coupon. The cashier tried everything to no avail. She was very patient and stayed calm. She called over someone else he fixed it and showed her how to do it for the next time. I've been in this store before but this is the first time that the employees went out of their way to help without attitude.
