11 Best toy store in Jacksonville, Florida (FL) 2024

Right now, it's not well stocked and very messy. But I did go on a Sunday afternoon so that might explain it. This is the first time I've been here and I probably won't go back. There are much better ones that I frequent. ~NJ

I ONLY shop here when bro J is there working! There’s Never no line , No Chaos Like During The Earlier Times I Come!!! Come in & out is all i expect .Nonetheless, J’s Amazing!!!!! Awesome Customer Service!!! Other Workers/Managers Take Notes ! ~Sasha

For its location in not the greatest of areas on the West side. Under new management. The manager she is super nice and tries her best to select the right employees to trust in doing a great overall job. The backroom needs some TLC but it's hard to do when its only 1 or 2 employees working the register Stop on by say hello and get some great bargains all for $1.25 each ~Matthew

Customer service will make or break a store, even Dollar Tree the cashier BRANDON is the WORST ! His silence is the rudeness ! This young man will not even tell you what your total is! He just stands there! You say hello he says nothing! Some retraining really needs to be done! Not my first time dealing with him… but it will be my last! ~Tonya

This store is nasty I don’t even like coming to this store because they never have what I need and the customer service is horrible. I never get greeted at the door and they don’t say have a nice day. The worker be on their phone texting having full conversation with people on the phone. When did we get to start wearing ear pieces/ air pods whiling working. How can you be texting and talking on the phone when you have a customer in front of you that’s not being focused. The store would never be dirty if the ones on their phones out the phones down and worry about the go back. ~jade

This was the only store that had my Dad's cookies, chocolate covered graham crackers. I went to three stores hunting for them. I bought all 16 packs. ~Rosalind

All I needed was a receipt for the items I bought,I spent $28 on cleaning supplies and they give me a receipt for water at .50 cents gave it back to him because I need the correct receipt because I have to turn it into my job instead he gives me a receipt for ladies apparel It was obvious he was just giving me random receipts and kept the money for him self I came through at 4:23p.m. on July 1st Now my job is making me pay the $28 because the guy at the register needed that money pretty bad Shouldn't have to worry about if the person working behind the register is going to take advantage of you ~Louis

I go to this Family Dollar all the time. The new young black men you have working there are always, always respectful and kind. They even hold th door for me when I exit the store! The current store manager keeps the store clean and organize. Keep up the good eork ~Lauren

Its WalMart!!! I will say over the past year it's gotten alt better ...love how they are redoing some of them....making the atmosphere better and the lanes more self check out and don't have to wait so long...The only thing I do have to say with that (which is not the workers fault) BUT when I go I feel like they are right there looking over my shoulder...understand u have to watch but don't you have those hand held things ..if you don't trust the public (understandably why... BUT) STOP adding more self checkouts then the actual lanes ...or get workers that can scan and watch multiple people. It's kinda rude. But other than that it's WalMart...fun people watching and most of the floor people are very helpful.. ~Heather
