All I needed was a receipt for the items I bought,I spent $28 on cleaning supplies and they give me a receipt for water at .50 cents gave it back to him because I need the correct receipt because I have to turn it into my job instead he gives me a receipt for ladies apparel It was obvious he was just giving me random receipts and kept the money for him self I came through at 4:23p.m. on July 1st Now my job is making me pay the $28 because the guy at the register needed that money pretty bad Shouldn't have to worry about if the person working behind the register is going to take advantage of you

Just went into this store, multiple signs on the door saying masks required to enter. When I got inside the first thing I saw was an Employee sitting on the floor with her mask under her chin. The cashier was a very nice young man with No mask on at all. Seems to me that if you are going to require masks to enter then you should be requiring your employees to follow the same rules!!

I always shopped at this family Dollar because it's a local business where I live and I can usually find what I need .. but the last time i was here to pickup a few things me and my wife had just come from the gym and I had my gym bag with me .. I was told by an associate name Jessica I was not allowed to come into the store with a bag or I needed to leave it at the front door . I asked why I was never told this shopping here before. she said it was policy.. meanwhile a few other customers entered the store with bags and was not told the same .. i felt profiled ..and will travel the extra distance from here on to shop at Walmart ... It's sad how we still have to deal with this type of behavior from businesses stereotyping customers or people ..

Use to be fabulous, but now they have very limited items. Used to have everything at family Dollar, I shopped with them for years you could literally furnish your home. No one would ever know where you got your things from. Not now.

Terrible. Store was in disarray. Missing price tags everywhere. Like entire endcaps and sections of an aisle full of products but no price tags. Also, some of their lunch meats looked terrible. Bologna looked expired, was brown, product behind it looked much fresher. Cashier was lazy and had an attitude problem. Wanted to split the bill with the person I was with. She says "you can try it, sometimes it will work, sometimes it won't." What kind of ridiculousness is that? Any place I've ever shopped, you tell the cashier I want to split the bill half on one car half on the other, they just punch it in and you swipe and go on about your day. She just wasn't in the least bit helpful or acted like she care about anything. Horrible shopping experience. It's ok though, I'll just give my money to another store and I just won't go back to family dollar.
