If i could give it a negative star i would! The young lady that was at the counter has to be the rudest person I've ever encountered at the dollartree. Firstly, the computer went down, she didn't say anything! We're all standing there having to ask her what happened. Then the next young lady came out of the office, apologizes to let us know what was going on. I'm looking at her in complete awe. She rings up the customer in front of us and didn't say one word. Not even sorry for the wait, nothing! The lady had to get her own receipt cause she went on to ring me up. Unbelievable! The kicker was she left out something on my order, if i didn't turn around to look at my daughter i wouldve never known. She shrugged her shoulders and threw it up on the counter. I asked her why you didn't say something, she didn't mumble a word!!! She left it out not me!! Whomever owns this location needs to revamp it immediately! Workers shouldn't be on their phones while checking out customers, hair bonnets on their heads for work!!?? That's nighttime wearing!!! If they need a mgr i can help them in that department cause this is freaking ridiculous!!! Nasty store and nasty workers get real!!! Do better!

This store is nasty I don’t even like coming to this store because they never have what I need and the customer service is horrible. I never get greeted at the door and they don’t say have a nice day. The worker be on their phone texting having full conversation with people on the phone. When did we get to start wearing ear pieces/ air pods whiling working. How can you be texting and talking on the phone when you have a customer in front of you that’s not being focused. The store would never be dirty if the ones on their phones out the phones down and worry about the go back.

This Fort Caroline store is great. Always fully stocked, neat and clean inside and out. Parking is good and the staff helpful. It is across town from where I live, but the store is worth shopping there.

UPDATE almost everything is now $1.25. The checker was fantastic. The stock was plentiful. The aisles were not so tidy.

I have a love hate relationship with the Dollar Tree!! I love to shop there but hate the mess. I understand that every store is short staffed but how can one shop when you cannot get down the aisles?? Alas it is still the best and cheapest place for ALL your holiday DIY projects.

plenty of 2021 graduate cards, balloons, plates,so much decoration for 2021 grad also freezer stocked alot to choose from also for people looking for needle with thread for sew in only a dollar for both together good customer service

This is the closest Dollar Tree to our home and offers a good selection. At time, stocking i pretty low, but the staff is always happy to go in the back and look for things. they have large seasonal sections for all your usual holidays as well. This is the best place to get glow in the dark stuff for sure!

Very slow service and weird people around this place. This person hung around outside for 15 minutes doing something with their cart which had the inscription "be your own god". A little scary.
