Just came out of the store with a bad experience. I had went into the store to buy a drink, I came in and an employee with short black hair immediately started accusing me of trying to steal a drink and started following me to the liquor aisle. She thought I was 16 so I showed my ID to show I'm 21 and able to get a drink. She wouldn't let me go even when I showed my ID until 5 minutes later...that employee really needs to be talked to about how to treat people.

Just was in there about 5 minutes ago. Went to the fridge section and they had two bottles of apple juice or something that were empty and laying on their sides in the fridge. I bought a cold coffee drink and now realize that the top seal was removed (the part you have to peel from around the outside), someone already peeled it so that the lid wasn’t sealed anymore. So I’m pretty sure it’s been tampered with. Pretty disgusting and clearly no one is doing any kind of check on that area of the store. Where are the managers at?

The old lady manager really needs to work on her attitude. She acted as if she was being inconvenienced when me as well as the employee were unaware of a situation that could have only been learned from her. The blonde manager lady at least had a smile and was happy overall.

Extremely nice people that go out of their way to help you even though you weren't trying to find out what they were offering. They want to make sure that you're helped in even the things that you didn't know you needed help in until they brought it to your attention and then you realize that was what you needed to begin with! And if you would've had it from the beginning, the other problems wouldn't have been there at all! I'm really glad I went there and I'm a carepass member too now, which will help me on all my future trips! What a warm heartfelt place! Ask for the concierge service!

I scheduled a Covid test 3 days in advance. Arrived at 9:15am for test today. Appointment is also at 9:15am. Sign said remain in car and someone will be out shortly. No one came out. I waited 15 mins outside and then called the CVS store. Finally spoke to a male named Jason who says he does Covid testing but because now that 15 minutes had gone by, its now past my appointment time. He says I can't do it. Also - Don't bother calling the number posted on the sign outside "Pull up, remain here in car with windows up till someone comes to you". That number goes no where.

I went into this store for a refund on a defective product. They would only give me the current sale price as a refund. Thus is not acceptable when I paid full price and the product is defective. I purchased a cover for my Wife's cast and it got completely soaked after a 6 minute shower. The time at the doctor's office cost me enough but for CVS to only refund part of my purchase was unacceptable. I will never shop CVS ever again. Walgreens and Frys have a much better set of customer service rules and more selection. CVS SUCKS

Scheduled a COVID test for 10:20 am on Monday. Got in line behind 4 cars at 10:19. I was there for an hour. It took 15 minutes for every car in front of me. When I got to the window I realized that the guy was working alone, asking for my insurance information (which the online system had already made me enter when I registered), and was putting together the entire test kit rather than having it ready. He spent several minutes on the computer, had to put each thing into the bag he sent out to me. Almost everything in there could’ve been preassembled and then he would only have needed to drop in the vial with my info on it.) My actual swabbing portion couldn’t have taken more than 90 seconds. When I pulled away there were 7 cars lined up behind me! I felt so bad for those people who were going to be waiting for close to 2 hours for a 90 second swab!! Afterward i spoke to a friend who went to a different CVS the day before and his whole process took about 3 minutes. The kits were preassembled and all the cars moved quickly through the line. What is going on at this CVS???

My back is in INTENSE PAIN since yesterday when my lower back slipped out of position during tennis on Thanksgiving morning. I was reminded by my brothers who spent $180 on 1 pair of Good Feet arches called Maintainers. Unfortunately this price they paid was on a cruise and current prices locally was for the pair I really need was around $450. Ouch!!! I know. So I’m here at CVS trying out there stiffest arch in a 2 pack for $25 in hopes it’ll keep my back feeling great. Full disclosure... the Good Feet pairs tried out for 40 minutes took my back injury from excruciating pain to hardly noticing it was even an injury at all... basically I was healed while wearing them. So my hope is I’ll luck out with this inexpensive pair that is also stiff. I’m a pretty bad sloucher in chairs and walking barefoot on hard surfaces is apparently the cause of a lot of my back pain. Wish me luck in my experience and I hope this helps you find a solution if you’re also dealing with intense pain in your lower back, hips, knees, or feet. Arches apparently will help!

I have used this location for several years. The Pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful. We haven't had issues with incorrect prescriptions and the prescriptions are filled quickly. I have also used the Minute Clinic located here a few times. Using the online check-in features helps to keep the wait time to a minimum. The on hand staff have always been efficient and kind. The store itself is dated, but I don't expect my drug store to look like my favorite tech retailer. Products are kept stocked and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My husband was there today 01/04/2017 for some cold medicine and the young register attendant not only was rude but fallowed him throughout the store and made some remarks insinuating that he was there to steal. The hurt and disappointed look he had when he got home was the reason of this rant. He is a hard-working man that happens to be of Hispanic ethnicity chubby and bald. But he is educated and very friendly/helpful to those in need. It is very upsetting that the employees at this location are allowed to behave, stereo type, and even intimidate customers.
