Terrible experience all around. Bad customer service, pharmacy tech straight up lies to your face and withholds crucial information on your life sustaining medications. Will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.

The pharmacists there either are incompetent, overwhelmed, or do not want to do their jobs. Either way, I have never had so many issues trying to fill a prescription.

I went to this CVS to pick up my son's medication yesterday. It needs to mix with water. As you know it is Pharmacist's job to mix it, but she was busy on the phone. She (Katie) asked her pharmacy tech trainee (Alie) to mix it. I asked for consultaion and she ignored me. She told her technician to tell me read the direction as it said. I just want to let you know this lady. Open your eyes people where do you bring your medication to fill. I won't trust them anymore. I will transfer all my family member's medication to another pharmacy where I trust. This is their pharmacy manager is act like that.

Yesterday I booked an appt online for my stepson to get his COVID booster at this CVS branch. When he and his dad arrived, the pharmacist said she didn't have my stepson's information and we must have booked it at the Minute Clinic. So they went to the Minute Clinic which didn't have my stepson's info (b/c we didn't book him there). Forwarded the confirmation email to my stepson and his dad. They showed the pharmacist who said, "oh, the system must have erased all the appointments for today." (btw this appointment was the very LAST appointment that had been available online, at 5 PM. . . ) They then did vaccinate him, but if we hadn't kept the confirmation email, I'm guessing they would not have??? So disorganized, and unclear what happened . . . if the system had erased all the day's appointments, shouldn't CVS have known before 5 PM? And if they knew, why send him to the Minute Clinic?

This pharmacy can't stop itself from tripping over its own feet. Had to give a star to write a review but would have preferred to give none. Drive thru is so slow, they shouldn't even have one. Worst customer service on the planet, by far.

This place is the worst. If you can make it to Walgreens, you'll be better off. Think circle k compared to QT. Employees show up 5 min after they were supposed to open, no "Good morning" or "Sorry for being late".

Hassled about every medication and don't even try get your pain meds filled, rude and judgmental. You try living with a debilitating pain from a auto immune disease. Even though I have been taking it for YEARS and never abused it is just a joke. They take FOREVER and actively try not work. Lazy, incompetent and extremely unhelpful. Seriously, go anywhere else. I am changing pharmacies after the new year.

Absolutely worst pharmacy I have dealt with in my 66 years. The last 3 times I received text messages indicating my prescription was ready they were not ready when I went to pick them up. I even called the third time and was told it was ready but it wasn’t. Apparently their system sends out a text message that your prescription is ready even if they are contacting your Dr. for a refill prescription or for various other reasons. They seem just fine saying sorry but our system…..Fix your system already. How many bad reviews until you get your house in order?

Worse CVS pharmacy ever. Doctor sent over Rx night before I showed up at 10am and the medicine isn't even ready. They asked me to move out of drive thru so they could help other customers. If my Rx was ready like it should had been I wouldn't had to move out of the line. I told them I would wait for the Rx in the drive thru and they refused to fill my Rx.

If I could give the pharmacy zero starts I would I have nothing but trouble with this clinic. They do not communicate with the patients at all you will get a text that its ready and then get there and say sorry nope nothing ready you need to reach out to your doctors office. Absolutely do not recommend getting your medications here.
