Would give zero stars if possible. Have had countless issues at this pharmacy. Prescriptions not even ordered when I've been told otherwise, telling me it will be ready in 3 days when in fact it would've never been ready if I never called. Giving away my prescription to someone else. So fed up. Also the lines for the pharmacy are ALWAYS long. Save the headache and go literally anywhere else but here for your meds.

Absolutely awful service. After standing at the counter for about 5 minutes a worker finally noticed that there was a customer waiting to be helped. Rather than apologizing for the wait the older woman rolled her eyes and sluggishly walked to the counter to help me. I had purchased a small camera and I was not sure if it would work so the woman told me to hang on to my receipt. As I was leaving I asked for my receipt and she said it was in the bag. After going home to try and set it up it would not turn on (which I understand is not the workers fault) and I noticed that there was no receipt in the bag as the woman had claimed. I decided to return it to the store and upon arrival I once again had to wait about 5 minutes until the same worker came to the counter. I explained to her that after trying to replace the batteries and charging cables that it was not working and all I needed was a refund. She asked for my receipt and I told her that she had not gave me one. She rudely denied, saying that she did give me a receipt and that I needed to have it for the return. She then called over a manager who was much more nice to get the return but she decided to put it onto a gift card rather than returning it back to my card. This wouldn’t have been an issue, but I was not even asked or told that my return would be via gift card. I’m assuming that sense they never gave me a receipt it had to be returned to a gift card (which seems unfair sense I was never gave a receipt). Overall was a terrible and stressful experience and I would advise anyone from coming to this location.

Drive through took roughly 20 minutes to get me one prescription. Not enough hands on deck. Pharmacy tech kept leaving and coming back to the speaker. If you’re in a hurry, don’t use this Walgreens.

Employees are very unhelpful. Walked up to an older lady with long white hair standing next to a gray cart used for stocking items. She was messing with a display restocking, but when asked if she worked at the store so I could ask her a question about an item, she tried to act like she didn't work there like she wasn't clearly messing with a display case stocking items.

This Pharmacy is a mess!! It takes 45mins plus to just pick up a prescription!! They constantly lose my prescriptions or don't have any record of them at all!!! Walgreens really needs to look at the operation of this store and make some hard decisions. What a joke!

The Pharmacy workers at this location are completely incompetent and just tell you lie after lie. Stay away and transfer anything you have in their Pharmacy to save yourself the headache of having to deal with such incompetent people. Zero customer service or help.

When I was at the pharmacy picking up my prescription, a pharmacy tech in training named Brittany was so kind to me! She was patient with me when I was clearly very flustered coming from work and reassured my medicine would be ready soon. She was very helpful and really understanding about my urgency to get my medicine right away, and I felt so relieved once I got my medication. Thank you Brittany for your welcoming demeanor and professionalism!

Extremely dissatisfied with the service here. Have had nothing but trouble picking up simple prescriptions. Every single month they keep sending me away and telling me to come back “30 min later” finally after 3 round trips and 3 hours later the pharmacist proceeds to give me incorrect/false information regarding my scripts AFTER my Dr specifically called her 3 times advising her of the situation. A month prior to all this, the same pharmacist that filled my script just happened to fill the prescription half full. When I brought my bottle in explaining that my script gives a quantity of 60 and there was only 30 in the bottle. After pulling the cameras she did soiling for her mistake however nothing is ever smooth over here.

Pharmacy takes a week to fill prescription. Order place Wednesday night. Still not ready, its Monday. They were closed Sunday. Hours change without notice or without updating the website. Same thing happened last weekend. Pharmacy was closed Friday through Sunday for systems issues.
