I wanted to give a shout out to the Pharmacy staff, including Moe who helped me tremendously getting my prescription transferred to Walgreens with my new insurance but also his caring and attentiveness over the phone. He really gave 110% customer service explaining the cost and differences between pickup and delivery. Thank you to the entire Pharmacy staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to pick up my prescription like always. I was told it wouldn’t be in until the next day because they don’t fill that one themselves. I was upset but i had an extra pill at home so it wasn’t that big of a deal. My bf goes to pick it up today (the day they said it would be ready) and he’s texting me telling me they said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow… AGAIN. I need my medication like wth. I’m definitely switching to a different pharmacy.

We needed pictures for Christmas ornaments and Chase was super helpful. He helped us get the size pictures we needed for all three ornaments! To top it off, we were there more than an hour. Can not say enough about the photo service at this location.

The pharmacy is short staffed but they manage to do a wonderful job. If you work in Healthcare you'd understand.

This place used to be the best! However, in the past 8 months it’s gone waaaay down hill. Prescriptions constantly delayed, no drive through, must wait in line for at least 30 mins if you’re lucky. Same if you need to call them… Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I realize they’re having staffing issues, but you’d think after almost a year Walgreens regional managers would have figured something out to recruit employees.

I’m usually pretty tolerant but this is just unacceptable. My daughter had a prescription called in that she needed right away. She went in to pick it up and was told it would be an hour. About an hour later I received a text that it was ready. I drove back over there to pick it up only to see a sign at the pharmacy that they closed because they were short staffed. Are you kidding me? We were told to come back… and as soon as I received the text, I did. Now not only was it a waste of my time and my gas, but my daughter has to go the night without her medication. Just not acceptable. Someone should’ve alerted us either when the Rx was initially called in or at least when my daughter went to pick it up the first time! Do better Walgreens!!

I’ve read many of the reviews for this store and decided to post my own. I know things may not always be perfect, and that’s true for any pharmacy, they’re staff however, more than make up for it. I usually have some kind of surgery on average every few months. 20 years ago, I was run over by a car traveling 80mph while on foot. I am more metal than bone (or close to it), and this store, where I’ve been going now for 4 years and 23 surgeries, has been the very best. Mistakes happen, yes, but as a CEO of a large medical facility, there are a lot of moving parts and mistakes are inevitable in health care. Even still, they handle them well. I imagine it’s a tough industry to work in, being caught in the middle of the Physician-Patient relationship and the demands that follow. They handle those demands as well anyone. I’ve been to pharmacies everywhere and know them well, having had surgeries from specialists all over the state/country. The Staff here have what is impossible to instill in any pharmacy unless it’s already there, kindness, empathy and some sort of understanding for the struggles we all face, and for that me and my wife are most grateful 💙

I wanted to leave a positive review, but I cannot. My dentist forwarded a prescription to the pharmacy here, for antibiotics and pain medication. Half an hour later I go in to collect my scripts, because massive pain and infection, only to be told they're short staffed and it'll be more then another hour of waiting, in pain, before they can get to it. Yay. I would definitely recommend getting prescription filled somewhere else until they get adequate staffing.

I really don't know the explanation of why so many others have posted bad reviews, other than the Pharmacy gets the blame for a lot of things that they cannot control. My experience with this pharmacy is short lines inside (I've never used the drive-thru), friendly staff and pharmacists, short wait if you wait in-store. They actually call your name over the loudspeaker and text when your order is ready. They have been accurate, always stocked, will always find the best price whether you use insurance or pay cash with a discount card. Lastly, if there's ever a glitch, which happens in life, they will spend the time trying to get you what you need. No passing off to others or ignoring it. So far so good!
