15 Best convenience store in Gilbert, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I always been a member at Cobblestone for three years. I’ve always went to the one on Alma school and German rd in chandler. I came to Val vista location for three time and two of these experiences were horrible and last one is when my car came out of the car wash it had a rim scratch. And the Manager Gustavo and Sam keep trying to convince me it’s not from the wash and not showing any proof. They sent a picture for me to look at in my email and said well it came with it. unfortunately the picture they sent, the scratch on wheel was hidden and it wasn’t the right spot for it. He just wanted for me to believe it wasn’t them. And even cooperate email and phone number, it’s impossible to reach them left voice messages, no one called me back. Service: Full body wash ~Sarah

I would recommend going across the street to Safeway gas station / mini store. The card readers don’t work, fountain soda is empty and clerk doesn’t care ~Lonnie

This place needs some help!! The customer service is always below average. The trash can are always overflowing , no receipts in the gas pump, shelves in the cooler are rarely stocked. I love having a gas station close to home but due to these problems I often choose to drive an extra mile for another place that give better service and does more upkeep on the establishment. ~Jordan

worst Convenience store around… Only reason I ever visit is because it’s the only one around. The staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help along with the gas pumps always being out of order and or getting your card information ripped off. Worst place avoid ~Joe

Around 5:30PM*ish today I purchased The Works car wash. For reasons unbeknownst to me, and apparently the employees, it didn't work. All the automated car wash did was spit water on my car and then it told me to pull forward. I went inside the gas station and told the employee (female) what happened. She went to grab someone else (male). The guy met me at the car wash entrance, said he would make sure he stayed around to see the car wash worked fine. He didn't stay around. Like any regular human privileged to live in the USA, I know how to drive in these drive through car washes so there was no error on my part the first or second/last time. The second time around seemed promising. HOWEVER, after it rinsed, it just stopped. No red green yellow lights were on. No words flashing telling me what to do. **I was live streaming the entire time in 3 different parts throughout the first and second/last car wash. I have proof.** So, from the inside of my car still inside the car wash, I called the gas station. The same guy from earlier came and no resolution was found. Here were the options I told him and asked him about. I asked if I could have a refund. He told me he couldn't issue me a refund since the manager wasn't there, but I could return in the morning to request it from the manager. I told him no, there's no reason why I would want to waste more of my time and gas money when the refund could be taken care of *now.* I asked him if he could give me $7 himself, then tell the manager what happened in the morning, and have the manager reimburse him the $7. He said no. He told me several times that I could "just" go through the car wash again, THE CAR WASH THAT DIDN'T WORK FOR ME THE LAST TWO TIMES. He also said "well it worked for two other people" and I said "guess what? I'm not them. I'm also not doing anything wrong with my car or anything, I'm just sitting here expecting the system to work." I asked if he could give me credit for a Chevron car wash, but a different location. He said no. I drove off, and here I am, giving this gas station a one star rating. People, it is 2017. There should be ample ways of successfully resolving issues especially issues like this. Not impressed. Not returning to this Chevron. ~LRyfo

I wanted to give a shout out to the Pharmacy staff, including Moe who helped me tremendously getting my prescription transferred to Walgreens with my new insurance but also his caring and attentiveness over the phone. He really gave 110% customer service explaining the cost and differences between pickup and delivery. Thank you to the entire Pharmacy staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~J

The store randomly closed at 6:45 on a Wednesday. I waited for the staff to exit, to inquire about a prescription I needed to pick up. They told me to go to a different Walgreens. That doesn't work for every prescription, unfortunately. Instead of actually having customer service and making sure they weren't screwing a customer they were in a hurry to get in their cars and leave. 6:45 pm. What in the world. Do better Walgreens. ~MM

I went to this CVS to pick up my son's medication yesterday. It needs to mix with water. As you know it is Pharmacist's job to mix it, but she was busy on the phone. She (Katie) asked her pharmacy tech trainee (Alie) to mix it. I asked for consultaion and she ignored me. She told her technician to tell me read the direction as it said. I just want to let you know this lady. Open your eyes people where do you bring your medication to fill. I won't trust them anymore. I will transfer all my family member's medication to another pharmacy where I trust. This is their pharmacy manager is act like that. ~Rosemary

My 12 year old daughter and I went into CVS to buy face masks, fake nails and snacks for a girls night. The store was closing in less then an hour so we did a quick divide and conquer. However, when I was in the snack isle I heard the sales associate questioning my daughters' purchases and then she quickly went to the front counter and called for security. Apparently, she didn't put two and two together that the young child is with the "Mom Type" women even though we were literally the only two customers in the store. Or worse she knew we were together but has no common sense or ability to properly read a situation OR she loves drama. Whatever the case, CVS STOP hiring stupid people...it's bad for business. ~Kristine

Not clean most of the fountain drinks not working. 6 broken out of 9 in photo is terrible. Just as many on the other side, but someone was using it so no photo ~Dan_E
