Me and the wife have tried a number of car washes here in AZ, and between poor customer service or poor quality of the car wash, we decided to use Cobblestones as the next on our list. They have been amazing! The service is always super friendly, the car looks and smells wonderful afterwards, and they make sure to wipe the car down good afterwards to reduce water spots. Very happy with their $39 unlimited plan wash. Services: Vacuuming, Full body wash, Polishing, Auto interior vacuuming

Everything is always great, with these guys. Today, Bobby got me going with the oil change, and Gianna at the counter, is what customer service is all about. Just went to this place and not a happy customer. I had to ask them to vacuum the left side because they forgot that side. And looking at the interior they missed so much and you can see how they wiped around the area. I will not be returning UPDATE...we just looked in the trunk and they did NOT vacuum the trunk. So again for 40 bucks and they couldn't do it properly I will not be returning as stated. To whoever replied business wise. ....you MISSED the whole purpose of the review. The fact of the matter is this...they did a complete $h!t job on vacuuming the car out and wiping it down. The trunk is just a tad of the issue....next time they shouldn't say the whole car gets vacuumed

I am a very grateful and new customer who received the most friendly customer service by Logan, the manager. I was vacuuming my Escalade and accidentally locked myself out. I was feeling so distressed because I was driving a rental car and had no cell phone or wallet. Logan came over right away with a professional lock-out kit and got my car open in less than two minutes. He was friendly, careful, and experienced. He saved me a couple of hours of chaos. He was so gracious and kind and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience or idiot. Logan's above & beyond customer service just gained a loyal customer for all four of our family's vehicles! I will always be a Cobble Stone Auto Spa customer because of the experience I had here. Thank you Logan!!!!!

I’m not driving much these days but going on a road trip in a couple weeks and figured I’d get my oil changed. Tyler politely asked me if I’m sure I want one because although the date on my windshield cling says overdue I still have 1200 miles to go. I explained my rationale so he offered to check my oil. He showed me the clean dipstick, topped off my coolant and told me to stop by again for a recheck if I’d like to closer to said trip. I then proceeded to use my coupon for a free wash. I can imagine all the services and suggestions that COULD’VE happened since I’m a girl but I trust them and appreciate this level of integrity in an auto place. I highly recommend them. They’ve always been so good to me. Thanks Tyler!

I always been a member at Cobblestone for three years. I’ve always went to the one on Alma school and German rd in chandler. I came to Val vista location for three time and two of these experiences were horrible and last one is when my car came out of the car wash it had a rim scratch. And the Manager Gustavo and Sam keep trying to convince me it’s not from the wash and not showing any proof. They sent a picture for me to look at in my email and said well it came with it. unfortunately the picture they sent, the scratch on wheel was hidden and it wasn’t the right spot for it. He just wanted for me to believe it wasn’t them. And even cooperate email and phone number, it’s impossible to reach them left voice messages, no one called me back. Service: Full body wash

Went through the car wash and was rear-ended by a truck behind me while on the tracks. Supervisor on duty was informative and assertive regarding holding zero liability. However, I hold strong beliefs that employees should take more caution and allow more distance between vehicles to avoid collision yet was told that it was not the issue. Self-assured, will no longer be coming to this location due to lack of integrity and inability to account for unforeseen circumstances.

Moments ago my car was severely scratched by the machines.. The manager advised me that it could’ve been their machines this is outrageous. And now I have to hire an attorney to get justice.

Of all cobblestone car washes I’ve been to, this location is by far the slowest. I realize they’re a busy location, so they should hire more employees to accommodate for that. My car sets so long waiting to be dried off that there were water spots left all over it. This seems to be a similar experience for most the people that are dissatisfied, for months customers are speaking on this issue yet nothing has been done to correct it. I will be sure to steer clear of this location. 15 cars waiting to be dried and 4 people = bad management. Also, the tall lanky dude that just walked around trying to look busy, do your job! Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Terrible job. We decided to try this place since they had decent reviews on google. Got the diamond package which was supposed to be clean inside and out for $49. We were told this would take 45 minutes. The car was out in 10 mins and it literally looked like what it did when it went in except shinier on the inside since they put conditioner on top of dirt. Glad we didn't get the buy 4 get 2 free deal they were offering for Christmas. I am not sure if we just got unlucky or this is really how this car wash runs but what a rip off.
