I never write bad reviews unless it is something REALLY bad and this was. They STOLE one of my good tires off the back of my car! I took my car into get 2 new front tires (the back 2 were brand new) the guy in the store quoted me a good deal, but someone else called me to try and rip me off quoting much hire, and saying I needed 4 new tires which was a lie. He finally agreed on the original quoted price, but he was NOT happy about it. He hung up on me. I picked my car up, and they had put 2 new tires on the front. I didn't even think to look at the back ones. BIG mistake. The next day I had a flat in the back. The tire was NOT MY TIRE. I had a brand new one, and the one on my car was a HORRIBLE completely worn down to practically 0 tred. It was dangerous for me to even be driving on it. I was horribly disappointed because I thought I had found an auto shop I could trust. Service: Tires

Wow, an honest mechanic. I brought my suv in for a set of tires and an alignment. It was done in an hour and a half. When I got there he said "sorry to tell you but the quoted price is lower" lol. I said what? He said Mt alignment was right on so I didn't need it. That an honest place. Love it. Highly recommend them. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

The team was courteous. I was shocked to learn that I would be charged $12 for one extra quart of synthetic oil, especially when Cobra buys it in bulk quantities. I never thought I would see the day when oil would cost $48 per gallon

The Cobra team was COOL-BRUHH 🐍 Cobra took us as a walk-in and was able to mount and balance our freshly powder-coated wheels in less than 30 minutes! I have taken special wheels to other places before, like Discount Tire, and the finish always ends up damaged. The Cobra team was super friendly and personable, along with being professional and efficient. We will definitely be returning for all of our tire needs!

I took an older truck in that had almost 300k on it with an oil leak. They told me it would be 3k to fix it. I spent 95.00 on a few parts and fixed it myself with a well respected and knowledgeable man within 4 hours. I paid for an oil change and upon our work saw that my front differential hadn't been touched in years and had almost no oil left. Very, very disappointed in inspection, quality of work, and quite frankly trust.

I 100% recommended this shop! The staff there is wonderful & nice, and the manager of the store Steve is very friendly. I feel confident in having work done on my car here. In all the times I’ve been they haven’t ever tried to overcharge/upsell on things like some shops do. They are always honest and upfront about the work needing to be done. I always come to Cobra for oil changes but today I took my car in after having some issues with the wiper blades not working. After looking it over they fixed the issue in minutes and didn't even charge me. I cannot get over how amazing this place is they never upsell or lie, they are always on top of things and are the nicest people! I have recommended to literally everyone I know and will continue to. Great service for great value! I had to do a tire rotation & wheel alignment before a spontaneous roadtrip, and they were able to schedule me for the following day. Steve was being honest about my vehicle condition, but he went out of his way to give me a super affordable quote for all the service. The staffs are super efficient, professional, and friendly to their customers. I highly recommend this place to everyone in Gilbert!!
