I asked him to keep his eye out and 3 days later he called letting me know they just got one at the dealership! I was super excited and was able to get my dream car. The staff there are remarkable. My experience was excellent. I replaced a car that was totaled in a bad accident. The inventory around the valley is limited at this time, but not here at Earnhardt. Rudy Estrada was my salesman. He was sensitive to the fact that my hands were injured in the accident. He was knowledgeable as well. He made every effort to provide me with the best deal and by offering discounts. The whole process was seamless. He made sure that I was able to return my rental across the way from the dealership and even went with me. Darlene in finance checked on me a few days after my purchase to see if I loved my car and if I named it. These are great people with big hearts. I say thank you and assure others... this is the only place to buy your next car.

Needed an oil change and tire rotation for my Dodge Challenger. First time using this location. Odd set up - no appointments for this service - first come first serve. Service opens at 7:00 and I pulled up exactly at 7:00 to find a couple of dozen customers in line already. Took approximately 10 minutes for a service greeter to sign me in. Was told to expect two hours and that's exactly how long the process took. That's acceptable. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Guided me to the waiting room (HUGE) and apologized for no coffee during the building remodel. Oh well. At 7:00 A.M. I needed coffee. Couple of large flat panel TVs going. When my vehicle was ready and I walked out to get it I was greeted by the same service writer who checked me in who offered to pull the car out of a line of waiting cars and pull it forward for safety and convenience. Was handed a slip of paper (see pic) with the names of the techs who serviced my car with an explanation. It's obvious that this dealership's process works well and it's also obvious that many many Chrysler product owners prefer to be dealer-serviced rather than use one of the drive up quick lube franchises. Prices are reasonable.

Was looking for a month for a used truck. Recently got a car from carvana and they gave me a great amount for my trade in. So I figured I would use them again. But I decided to check out Earnhardt to see what kind of deals they had. Sure enough they matched carvana on my trade in and I got a brand new truck instead of used for the same price. They did all of this over the phone cause I was 2 hours away and couldn't do it in person. Couldn't be happier. These guys have great customer service and really cared about my business. Thanks guys

Carissa over Earnhardt Ram is awesome. Very helpful and wonderful to work with. Tim, one of the sales manager's was also great to work with. I drove from California to purchase the truck due to the deal I received and how great and helpful they were. They will be getting all of my truck business. I have always purchased 2500 Diesel Rams but this Eco Diesel is awesome!
