My wife and I have taken all 9 of our Honda vehicles to Honda at Superstition Springs. The service that we have received there has been exceptional. I would like to recognize two individuals that have been outstanding to us and have consistently exceeded in service; that is Tommy (Service manager) and Jason Z (Honda Service). We currently live in Gilbert and we drive to Mesa to get our service and purchase of Honda vehicles. Additionally, the entire staff have been just incredibly helpful and friendly to work with. Now the Sales team has also been phenomenal throughout our purchases of 9 vehicles there Honda at Superstition Springs in the last 10 years. Need I say more. We have been treated with respect and courtesy throughout. It never seizes to amaze me the excellent experiences that continue to receive time and time again.

Very nice dealership... James in service is excellent in attitude and service! Service department fixes things on my Honda very well. I'm happy this dealership is convenient for me! I do wish they would have coffee/hot water for tea. I used to be a Toyota owner and their dealership up the street from Honda had a coffee maker.... That sure was nice.

I am most pleased with the service I received on my recent visit. Carter was courteous and thoughtful from start to finish. As I had not been to this dealer before, I stopped in to make an appointment for service. When he saw that the computer was too slow, he just asked me for relevant information and said he would make the appointment and collect the rest of the information at the appointment. I appreciated his consideration of my time. During the service, which was intended to be routine, it was discovered that my battery failed. It was replaced on warrantee with no charge to me. In retrospect I remembered not being able to start my car in cold weather, and after I drove the car home after the battery had been replaced, I discovered how much clearer and brighter the back-up camera screen was. Both events could have been dangerous, and I am grateful to your organization for such attention to my safety. I like the car, and I use it to travel quite a bit. It has been my practice to find a Honda dealer whenever I feel it is time for an oil change or other maintenance. Because I received such excellent consideration from Carter and the people who worked on my car, I will continue that practice. Thank you very much.

My husband and I are in LOVE with our new car. The process was easy, quick, and no bull! We got a great deal on a pre-owned 2019 Honda fit; LOW mileage, practically brand new! Purchased my very first car from here and it was hands down the best experience I had. Mychal and Blake were the absolute best when explaining everything that I needed to know when purchasing a car. They use the proper tools and techniques to repair the vehicle the way it was designed but they go the extra mile to take care of the customer as well.
