My husband and I are in LOVE with our new car. The process was easy, quick, and no bull! We got a great deal on a pre-owned 2019 Honda fit; LOW mileage, practically brand new! Ask for Parker, He's the BEST and was very kind and friendly. This dealership was transparent, compassionate, understanding and never made us feel pressured to sign anything. We even drove from North Phoenix to go here and we would gladly drive there again. ~Liz

First time using this business and definitely will come back for any car needs. I have already been recommending them to friends, family and co-workers. I spoke to Manny on the phone and in person very friendly and knowledgeable as was everyone there that I spoke to. I brought in my car the same day for transmission issues they worked on it immediately and I picked it up in only a couple of days. I have never been treated better as a customer. Friendly staff is helpful & knowledgeable. I was in & out in less than hour despite having a European vehicle that requires more complicated service. The price was more than reasonable. My biggest problem with this business is that there is no obvious vehicle entrance. You need to enter by using the entrance to the building to the West & driving around the back. Some signage would be a big help. I would not hesitate to use this business again! I’m in the military so life has been pretty busy with being on COVID missions. I have gone to eight other dealerships in the last 5 months and they were the most horrible experiences I have ever experienced. It put such a bad taste in my mouth until the day I met KIRK at Jones Motors. This was 1000% THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING ANY VEHICLE. I found a 2009 2500HD Duramax with under 90,000 miles on it with no DEF, a true MUSGRAVITE. The process was FAST, PAINLESS, EASY, and non PRESSURING; not to mention extremely fair priced. Just having purchased a Chrysler 300 from another Larry Miller location in Phoenix. I stopped in to have a minor detail taken care of. I was very pleased how quick it was taken care of. This location is the closest to my home. Will for sure return here form my maintenance needs in the future. Very helpful. Honest and helpful car service technicians are hard to find but I can count on this Rayco shop to take great care of my vehicles. They don't add a list of extra, unnecessary, services every time your car needs an oil change. Their prices are fair and their recommendations honest. Wouldn't go anywhere else. ~Sandra
