Another fabulous experience needed oil change, always a great value, 02 sensor installed I provided part, told me it would be approximately 1-2 hours it literally took less then 25 minutes can't beat that service, I thank the technicians, Derek who made it all happen in and out. I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs service on their vehicles been dealing with the store for five years.

I purchased a brand new 2018 RAM PW ~ 3.5 years ago from LHM RAM. It is in pristine condition and currently only has 5,800 miles on it as it is rarely taken out of the garage and driven. Unfortunately, on one of its few adventures out of the garage I experienced a passenger seat belt deployment control error which is linked to the air bag system. Unable to get a timely appointment at LHM RAM service center it was suggested that I use LHM Ford Quick Lane in Mesa. Being a fastidious type of person, I am very cautious and selective on who touches the RAM, much less perform service on it. All said and done, Paul B. and his team were nothing short of providing 'OUTSTANDING' customer service. Understanding that I was a very picky person and that a system failure on what can be considered on a new vehicle was atypical, they went out of their way to look for factory recalls, helped me with contacting my extended warranty company (FYI - safety item was NOT covered), etc. My trip to and from this service center was almost as many miles that I would typically drive my RAM in one month, but well worth it. Paul and team were courteous, helpful, considerate, and top notch customer service providers. Thank you Paul and team. Bob

Had appointment scheduled, arrived early and was told an hour. One of the front staff had a friend come in and they told him 2 hours since he didn't have an appointment. The staff's friend was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. I am still waiting 45 minutes after his buddy got done and left. Staff makes nothing but excuses. Horrible customer service. Services: Oil change, Auto engine diagnostic, Car waxing

Honestly one of the worst quick lanes! Never do they take walk ins for just an oil change! I've had both my 2020 Ford F-150 and Escape in this one numerous of times and have always had issues with them trying to over charge me or not use my ford pass rewards! Always trying to add extras to make more money off of you! Funny thing when I first bought my truck had 7,000 miles on it And they said I need 4 new tires!! Haha!! Save your time and go to a reputable dealership!

I have used this business several times in the past and I have left positive reviews based on my experiences but after I paid over $1000 to have my air conditioning "repaired" and subsequently found myself bringing my car back not 1, not 2, not 3 but FOUR TIMES (within only 30 or so miles of driving) to have the SAME issue "fixed" I decided it was time to find a new mechanic. Fast forward to about a year and a half later, I was told the mangment had been restructured and this was once again a competent place to take your vehicle. I decided to start off with something small, an oil change. I called the phone number I had called so many times in the past when attempting to resolve the air conditioning fiasco to set up an appointment and I was routed to the main dealership. I inquired if there was time to get me in for an oil change. The person I spoke to advised me that she was unaware if I could be seen today and that the only recourse available to obtain this information was to physically drive down to the shop and ask in person? She expected me to drive all the way down to this shop in the hope that they could get me in today and if they were booked up then I would have to then schedule an appointment for a later date, drive BACK home, wait for my appointment then drive BACK to the shop!! If only there was some kind of a device that provided a potential customer the ability to inquire about availability WITHOUT driving in circles.. oh wait, maybe a telephone? Like the one I was speaking to her on! I just could not believe what this woman was suggesting. Clearly she had ZERO interest in retaining my business and quite frankly if the person on the phone holds such a disregard for my time and actually believes what she suggested was a viable resolution to my inquiry and this is the front line representative of this company I am glad I did not allow anyone from this establishment work on my vehicle. After I explained to her the problems with her "solution" she then transfered me to a non working number. ZERO STARS!!!!!!

Just having purchased a Chrysler 300 from another Larry Miller location in Phoenix. I stopped in to have a minor detail taken care of. I was very pleased how quick it was taken care of. This location is the closest to my home. Will for sure return here form my maintenance needs in the future. Very helpful. I has stopped at another location before stopping here and I felt I was waisting that dealers time. Again I'm happy Larry Miller set this location up.

Today was the first time taking my car to this location. Service was seamless. The kindest and most organized place I've ever taken my car to for repair. Seamless service, from dropping off the car, diagnosing the issue, applying the warranty, fixing the car, and shuttling us back and forth to our home while we waited. All aspects of the service were fantastic. All parts were in stock. Zero issues. Such a relief! Highly recommend. The front desk staff was kind and efficient.
