No response to credit app online after a week and I’m still unsure where my info went. Reception answers and transfers you to Finance guy and the phone rings and then disconnects, 3 times I tried. I call back and the receptionist says “let me try again” so she obviously sees I’m being disconnected and doesn’t bother to call back. Ultimately, I went to Camelback VW and had the smoothest process with Luis and he made sure our time and business was valued. We got the best deal at Camelback VW on a 2022 and the most for the trade in. After the issues, I was not willing to risk having these problems if I bought a car from Berge. Just saying!!

I had the best purchasing experience at Berge Volkswagen! Casey was so friendly and easy to work with, and made the whole process very easy. I had spoken with a few other dealerships to try to locate my perfect new vehicle, but they were very high pressure and were just trying to get me in any car. Jordan and Earl made our experience so enjoyable. We walked in thinking we would have to come back the next day to finalize paperwork and get our new car and ended up leaving in our new car that same day! The process was painless. The service department at Berge is incredible! I went to get my 30K oil change at Berge (where I purchased my Tiguan in 2020).When I got there I found out I had not purchased the extended maintenance package like I thought, but regardless of the confusion, Chris and Vince covered the oil change. When I picked my car up I thought I noticed it had been scratched so I brought it back to the dealership the following Monday. Brandy and Vince looked at my car and we discussed the scratch. They weren’t sure if the scratch was from the oil change, but they went ahead and buffed out the scratch and gave me a back bumper protector on the house! This dealership REALLY takes care of you. I am so grateful to them! They are super friendly, honest, and make you feel comfortable leaving your car with them. I recommend this dealership to everyone!

Five Star Experience!!! Brandy was able to get me an appointment in days not the 4-6 weeks stated by other VW dealerships. They were able to replace the front and rear brakes at zero cost to me. I have a 2021 Atlas which unfortunately comes with grinding and poor performing brakes. I have taken my vehicle to be looked at 3 times at other dealerships, their solution was to lube and resurface. I will take my business here again, despite the further distance. Thank you for your professionalism and solution. I have a very active family of 6 and it was scary driving around on brakes that were not performing properly. Faulty brakes that Volkswagen USA will not rectify themselves. Thank you again to Brandy and her team!!!

I used to go to another VW dealership for my service and had numerous horrible experiences. Found Berge through Google and I am so glad I did. I happily make the extra 15 mile drive purely based on their customer service and attentiveness. So much so that I traded in my 2017 Atlas for a brand new one. Their service dept is extraordinary! Chris always keeps me updated, and does what he can to make sure we are never left out of the loop and returned my vehicle in immaculate condition every time. They go over and beyond and because of that they will always have me as a customer.

Stopped in here to get my trailer hitch added to my Atlas cause they were $700 cheaper than the VW dealer closest to my house. As fortune would have it, I'm really glad to have this experience. Bel was great to deal with from the very first call. Both drivers who dropped me off at home and later picked me up were super pleasant to chat with for the 30 minute drive. I think the tech who worked on my Atlas was Bobby. He was around when I arrived to picked up my vehicle and pay. It was nice to chat with him and Bel. Asked them about some other things regarding my Atlas. They happily answers all my minor technical question. Overall fantastic experience. Based on this I'm going to switch to this location for all my maintenance too. Give the team here a try if you're not happy with the sad customer service elsewhere.
