My husband and I are in LOVE with our new car. The process was easy, quick, and no bull! We got a great deal on a pre-owned 2019 Honda fit; LOW mileage, practically brand new! Ask for Parker, He's the BEST and was very kind and friendly. This dealership was transparent, compassionate, understanding and never made us feel pressured to sign anything. We ordered a specific color combo car and it took 3 weeks to come in. They set the expectation of 4 weeks, so when it came in early it was a bonus for us! We ran into a few hiccups with the purchase but the general manager Brent was able to clear up a few concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were satisfied 100%! He was professional and courtesy and really put himself in our shoes! Duanne our sales guy did an awesome job with following up with the status of the vehicle we ordered! Jose Gallegos was our sales guy and he was great! We came for a recreational vehicle and left with a really cool jeep. He took his time and showed us so many vehicles even some that weren’t related to our immediate purchase but a future vehicle down the road. It was also 119 degrees and he didn’t let on that it was absolutely miserable outside. We will use him when we go back and we will go back! I’m in the military so life has been pretty busy with being on COVID missions. I have gone to eight other dealerships in the last 5 months and they were the most horrible experiences I have ever experienced.
