We ordered a specific color combo car and it took 3 weeks to come in. They set the expectation of 4 weeks, so when it came in early it was a bonus for us! We ran into a few hiccups with the purchase but the general manager Brent was able to clear up a few concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were satisfied 100%! He was professional and courtesy and really put himself in our shoes! Duanne our sales guy did an awesome job with following up with the status of the vehicle we ordered! This Lexus dealer is really among the best. Duanne Emata was my salesman for an RX 350 and a IS 300 and the experience couldn't have been better. Lexus' motto is "experience amazing" and here you really will. I went to another dealer in Chandler and all they tried to do was upsell me on everything. Superstitious Springs Lexus lets you decide what you want to spend and will provide exactly what you are looking for. Excellent Customer Service!!!! Went in for my 35,000 service on my RX350 and was professionally greeted by Philip Zito at my appointment time. Philip was straight and to the point on what was going on with my vehicle at all times including an ETA of completion. The atmosphere in the dealership was calm and relaxing with ample complimentary refreshments while waiting. A very pleasing experience to say the least!! Being in the military is strange enough as it is when it comes to moving; I needed a vehicle but I was hesitant to conduct business long-distance. Michael Wu assisted me without any 'red flag' sales tactics, listened to my situation, and did everything he could to help me make a seamless purchase – and he assisted me in holding it until I was given my proper Orders to fly out and pick it up!
