Ordered 3 frozen drinks, basically got 2.5 drinks. I don't understand how they would find a drink being 3/4 filled acceptable to be sent out. They refused to fill it for me when I asked too.

The service was very very slow. Also, while I was waiting at the outside menu to order I heard the cashier say that he was locking the doors because someone threatened them? Oh they also got my order wrong.

Understandably they had a very large orders in the Drive-Thru but it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to make 2 burgers, 2 fries and jalapeno bites. On top of that why did you guys give out 5 ORDERS AFTER US and our food was still cold. Next would have to be the incompetent workers, we had 2 coupons (one for burger day which was FREE and the other one was a regular coupon) and yes still made us pay for the FREE BURGER. The manager was tall and very sweet/understanding but his teenage coworkers obviously don't care about their job. One more thing, even serving those 5 set of people before us, THE CREW GOT THEIR ORDERS WRONG AS WELL, they still didn't wanna listen and replace the orders. Worst bk I've ever been too and I hope their attitudes/work ethic enhances before they run your building out of business.

I would not recommend this Burger King to anybody it took 25 minutes in line when there was only one car in front of us he ordered a frozen Coke and a Whopper jr. Meal that took 25 minutes once he left the line when we got up there I approached it and ask her what was the problem and she said they cannot hire employees because the management is so bad so we did get our food and then we went to McDonald's I would not recommend Burger King especially this restaurant to my worst enemy or even somebody that I wanted to poison because to be honest the food we got I actually fed to my neighbor's dog it was so bad I definitely would recommend McDonald's

Went to the drive thru and there is a sign on the speaker box telling you to go to the window to order because of technical difficulties. I go to the window and get yelled at by the cashier because the speaker works just fine and she did not know that there was a sign out there. How can you possibly be this rude and mean when you just opened for the day?!?! Food was okay. One of the coffee lids was not on properly and leaked.

Never got up to place an order. Waited in line for over 15 minutes and gave up and left. In that 15 minutes 3 cars got their order taken. If is the level of service you're providing you might as well just not open.

The Burger King drive thru was packed and so slow. We ordered, finally got to the window and the cashier said they were short staffed, tried to talk us out of waiting for our order, saying the food wasn't that good anyway. We had our hearts set on fish sandwiches so we waited... and waited. When we finally got our order, it was wrong and the sandwiches were a soggy mess. There was no sense trying to get our order fixed as we had already wasted 30+ minutes. I was majorly disappointed and am in no rush back.

The people who work here are great. Do not order the sourdough melt. Was the tiniest burger I ever had. May aswell been called a slider.

Sam, the Manager of BK in Holt went above and beyond with my order today! They were short staffed as it was only her and a cook working. However, she was extremely friendly and waited on drive thru and the front line in a timely manner. Great job! Fast food people are working hard and need our patience right now more than ever!

I ordered a whopper. Which does not even come with bacon. I am Muslim and do not consume pork for religious reasons, unfortunately they decided to put bacon on my whopper. A single piece right in the middle which leads me to believe it was definitely intentional. Their service was already unprofessional and rude so I knew to look at my food before eating it and man was I upset to find that. I feel targeted by them for my religion and that's unacceptable. It's 2020 and were still dealing with bigots. Terrible experience with rude/professional management and workers. I will be contacting corporate and every news outlet in the area. This is unacceptable to anyone who believes In EQUALITY!!!
