Huntington Bank

I was incredibly surprised at the excellent level of customer service my family received from Alex Coy, a branch manager here. He listened carefully to our needs and was even kind enough to expedite a document we needed that he had to obtain from another office. I would certainly recommend this bank! ~Lloyd

Vivid Ink

Karley Miller did my tattoo, and I’m absolutely in love with it. I really won’t plan on going anywhere else. She is super popular, so her schedule fills up QUICK. She was able to squeeze me in tho, and I couldn’t have been more happy. She talked with me the entire time (about an hour), and her prices are very fair for the quality of work she does. Thank you so much, Karley! ~Trisha

De Rosa's Party Store

I wasn't sure about the new owner at first because noone likes change and the old crew knew me and i was sad to them go. After awhile i quit pouting and gave the new people a shot. My favorite is the sweet cute tiny woman that works at night...of course I cant remember her name but shes the Bees Knees!! I'm always literally running up there 5 min to close seems like lately. I call on my way outa breath and usually sweating up a storm and she always waits for me and let's me in. The owner and I have had some funny situations happen because I can be ditzy but I've never left that store without a smile on my face!! ~Kellie

Edru Soft Serve Drive-Thru

Poor service and disrespectful attitude! Last night, I was getting two flurries to bring home to two of my friends who were staying over. While both flurries they had asked for were very basic, in my opinion, (each flurry having only two mix-ins), the lady taking my order seemed to have a very hard time memorizing the selected ingredients for each flurry and asked multiple times to be reminded of them, each time appearing more and more annoyed, for some reason. When she finally proceeded to making the first flurry, it turned out they had run out of one of the toppings chosen. I totally understand that those things happen, so I picked the closest “replacement” and was eventually handed the first part of my order. However, the contents of the cup looked nothing like a flurry, more like a low quality watery shake. The amount in the cup clearly fell short of the “large” size too. Before I could even point that out, the lady got to working on the other flurry only to inform me a few minutes later that the plain vanilla ice-cream base was no longer available and that my remaining options were chocolate or twist. Knowing for sure that neither of my guests I was getting ice-cream for likes chocolate flavor, I figured there was no alternative possible in that case. Moreover, in my situation it would not have been nice to bring home just one flurry (the look of which had deteriorated even further by then after all the waiting). So I politely tried to make it clear that I would rather get a full refund given there was no way my order could be completed in full. In fact, I believe I should have been handed both flurries at a time, in the first place. The lady replied she would call the manager, and when the latter showed up, I was bluntly told that I could only be refunded for the portion of my order that I hadn’t received, exactly because the completed portion was already in my hands. Well, that one was definitely not of much use anymore, to say nothing of the fact that it had initially turned out quite sad! The manager then rudely gave me half of the cash amount I had paid and shut the winds thus indicating they were “done with me” and leaving me completely perplexed and, I have to admit, quite upset. Now, I’m not the kind of person who gets petty when faced with every little mishap in customer service, yet such lack of professionalism at various levels that this place demonstrated is absolutely appalling. It is highly unlikely that I, my family members and close friends will ever be coming for ice-cream to Edru’s again. ~Natasha

Showtime Motors

Bought a used 2010 Chevy Silverado ($13500) from them that ended up needing $3500 plus of work. It needed new ball joints, control arms, axle seals, evap canister, both rear leaf springs, and a new back half of a transfer case. BE AWARE they are selling vehicles AS IS and do not accept any responsibility for the condition of the vehicle. These vehicles come from auctions with ZERO maintenance done to them. Feel free to take a look at the pictures. After speaking with the owner they basically said tough luck and that it was not their problem. Very poor service. Also I would recommend if possible taking a mechanic you trust and know to inspect the vehicle as the mechanics in this area are very poor. ~Dan
