Good coffee and great service. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and polite. The establishment was also very clean and elegant, it didn't feel like a regular McDonald's. They even asked my group if we needed anything and brought out extra creamer for us. I wish all McDonald's were like this one.

Didn't know mcdonalds was serving square burgers now.... come on guys, unacceptable! Usually I'm not one to say something but dangggg son where'd yall find this smashed behind the cooler?

seemed to be in disarray. didnt get our correct order. the guy who ran our food out had to run back in for what ee actually ordered twice. Nice kid but lousy experience. not up to McD's quality or service. sorry guys. I know its still hard finding good help after covid but, pull it together

Perry McDonald's is always very clean. Service a bit slow due to hiring needs. Store completely remodeled.

Couldn't understand person taking our order. Headset not working properly. Not good on a busy night after a dance recital. Our order was wrong. It did get corrected. I'm sure they got backed up.

This McDonald's is a joke. Ordered chicken nuggets and a deluxe chicken sandwich. I pay, get my receipt, go to the next window, I only get chicken nuggets and she shuts the window and never looks back. I sit there for a few minutes and then she tells me about a Big Mac meal. I told her no I need a deluxe chicken sandwich I'm missing it. She takes my receipt to look to see if it was supposed to be on the order sure enough it's supposed to be and she proceeds to tell me to move forward and wait. I wait and they come out with a double cheeseburger meal. Not what I ordered. She goes back again, go inside and hand me a different meal that I did not order for a 3rd time, at this point it's been about 10 minutes I don't want my food I just want my money back. The little manager said that I didn't need to be fussy. You made my meal wrong three times!

Manager was very rude and unprofessional. I checked my order because everything I've ordered threw the drive threw the past week that i've been in town has been wrong. From missing drinks to missing sandwiches. There was a mistake that we caught when I was paying, they missed a sandwich, no big deal we corrected it and I moved to the next window. I get my food, checky bag, no sauce. I let the guy know, he tells me to check under my fries, I did, but no sauce, he goes to get me one and the manager lady came and yelled at h for it and got snotty with me saying my sauce is in the bag, so I try to show her the bag and she storms away ignoring me and grabs a sauce and was very aggressive handing it to the window boy. Everyone has been very kind threw my visits, I can't believe she would act such a way over sauce and take it out on her employees. No wonder everyone wants 15 an hour to flip burgers, they have to put up with people like her.

Depends on the day, but this place is consistently better than any other McDonald's in the state. Food is (almost) always fresh, but some of the cashiers can be pretty rude. There are some shining stars here though that make me want to come back time and time again.

2 years later I decided to give it another try. They don't close until midnight it's 10:30 they've already shut down their ice cream machine? This place is the epitome of laziness and they still can't get orders right. Today will be my last visit here. Every order is the same, made by kids who could care less. The problems are various, incorrect orders missing items items I didn't order. Almost every sandwich looks like it was made then thrown on the floor and then punched.
