I cannot exactly describe what a horrible experience this has been. My health insurance forces us to use them. I’m seriously concerned with the amount of errors and time it’s taken to get my prescriptions, they might actually kill someone with the level of incompetence. They sent me double orders, charged me for both, refuse to refund me. They then lied about it and just continuously transfer you. They don’t send orders, cancel orders, do not communicate any of this to you. You are left waiting for something that is never coming. Then they force you to spend hours on the phone with them while you explain to them how to do their job. I’m so over it! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Watch for you credit/debit card. They charge you your card and never deliver the medication. Bunch thieve resembling old Wild West movies.

Found out via a men’s health article on FB that a prescription I take has been recalled. Called them today, they stated that all 3 of my past lots were in fact recalled. I have received no notification to date. I was told the reason for the lack of notification was because it only occurred last week. The long list of why I find this company providing terrible service just grows and grows...

Don't work for them. They are the worst place in the world to work. If you're not friends with your supervisor or the manager you get taken advantage of. I was forced to work on my days off. If you get a write up in any one year you will not get a raise at your next review. If you really want to work in a pharmacy find someplace else to work.

Not a great place to work at. Inconsistent rules/procedures. No one gets trained the same way. After most of the work shifted to another site we'd be left with nothing to do, and they'd have us on our hands and knees scraping up old tape. After everything would be stocked, cleaned sorted, whatever, we'd be standing around with nothing to do, and then get in trouble for not working. Getting laid off from this place is the best thing to have happened to me here

I have never had any of these issues. When I'm about to run out (within a couple of weeks) ES contacts my dr. and her nurse faxes over the new script. They have always been timely with my refills, as well.

Promised to process my specialty medication within 24 hours. It has been five days. I call every day and receive excuse after excuse - never the same excuse just new ones. Express Scripts received payment for the medication; however, they continue to delay shipping it - saying that now the pharmacist must review it. They have the doctor's prescription and Tricare's payment. They still refuse to ship the medication, telling me that they have 4-5 days to process all new medications. They could care less if the patient goes without their meds as long as they get their money. Do not bother calling them cuz they will give you a new excuse every time. They lied to me to get me to use their services - promising a fast turnaround on my medication. Beware and stay away from them. Pay the extra money and use a reputable pharmacy. Meanwhile, I deal with serious health problems from not having this medication.

Security is a Joke here and the site supervisor day shift has a attitude problem EX Phoenix Cop To many Indians not enough chiefs. One lady that had no authority. Gave orders like she owned the place. The only ones that got lunch was the supervisor and her friend( two hour lunch) I got told by the manger the we where lucky to have her. Then you have the kids that are there just for the paycheck. The ones the like to have you relive them 15 minutes early but when it comes to you being relived FOR GET IT . The rotation goes you at a station for a hour (only if you relief decides to not get there and getting your pay check stubs is another question - you get paid on time but getting the check stubs the use USPS not fed ex to get there on Friday and then you have to call the office to find out if they are in Hey just a heads up they always short handed and don't due nothing about it ( OH yes they due you do your job and some one else plus the lazy guards in the front office that has a bad knee ( so she states and her friend ( they get 2 hour lunches ( when you get 10 minutes if your lucky I walk off two post will never go back and I got 20 plus in security- If you want a real security job dont apply here

My elderly Mother can't get her prescriptions on time and runs out!!! After 10 days of making payment, they still do not show payment in their system. They withhold medications if you have a $100 balance due on previous prescriptions, this is stupid with the cost of medications. That limit can be met with one prescription and with different medications being sent at different times there is often overlap of payment being due with medication needing filling. You can't order sooner because the Insurance Company will deny coverage because it too soon to refill. Paying via telephone and it still takes more than a week for them to ship your medication. HORRIBLE! They are also constantly calling her and leaving recordings that are confusing and erroneous. Shameful that at 90 yrs. old this is how we treat our seniors.

It was extremely difficult. Requested to change to express scripts after being nearly mandated to do so. I made the request. The doctor's office originally denied the request saying the patient would have to come in and have them rewritten. We took care of that problem. The patient is in an assisted living facility. The Dr visits them and there was some confusion. The denial letter was never date stamped. The Dr called in the prescription again. I was advised by Express Scripts that it would be sent. Express Scripts called and verified the address. Two days later Express Scripts called and said the prescription was delayed because the Dr needed to see the patient. The Dr would need to send prescriptions again because they were denied by the Dr. Express Scripts was using the original denial letter because it was not dated. We had to do the process again. Finally approval, but not before we had to verify the address three times in one day. We have not received anything yet.
