I cannot exactly describe what a horrible experience this has been. My health insurance forces us to use them. I’m seriously concerned with the amount of errors and time it’s taken to get my prescriptions, they might actually kill someone with the level of incompetence. They sent me double orders, charged me for both, refuse to refund me. They then lied about it and just continuously transfer you. They don’t send orders, cancel orders, do not communicate any of this to you. You are left waiting for something that is never coming. Then they force you to spend hours on the phone with them while you explain to them how to do their job. I’m so over it! Avoid, avoid, avoid! ~Sara

My boyfriend had surgery today and the pharmacist was kind enough to make sure that he had his meds within an hour. The pharmacy staff has been very busy recently and I truly appreciated it. ~kellsie

Nurses are great, Billing on the other hand is absolutely horrible , Multiple calls not getting my Issues resolved nor being helpful. Being lied to about the claims, Not even trying to help in anyway. This is why I did not want to go back for my treatments there, They assure you , you wont get billed , Be careful using them you may get a bill that was assured was not my responsibility. ~Diane
