I cannot exactly describe what a horrible experience this has been. My health insurance forces us to use them. I’m seriously concerned with the amount of errors and time it’s taken to get my prescriptions, they might actually kill someone with the level of incompetence. They sent me double orders, charged me for both, refuse to refund me. They then lied about it and just continuously transfer you. They don’t send orders, cancel orders, do not communicate any of this to you. You are left waiting for something that is never coming. Then they force you to spend hours on the phone with them while you explain to them how to do their job. I’m so over it! Avoid, avoid, avoid! ~Sara
