Not enough staff. When I asked for help I was directed to wait in a line off to the side, which prevented my looking at the laptops I wanted to check out and compare while waiting for assistance, before buying. Waiting about 25 minutes in that line. I don't like this system. Rather have a take a number system if they're short staffed so I could browse while I wait for help.

Keoni gets this 5 star rating. I came in to get my screen protector changed and he was HUSTLING! I could tell how hard he was working and when I mentioned I needed to buy a new phone case, he informed me the one I have is actually under a life time warranty. He then went through those steps to get a new case. Above and beyond for sure! Thank you for your expertise!

Everytime I go into a bestbuy and this is not the first time or last time I'm sure however everytime I'm looking for a product I know they carry nobody wants to help me look to see even if they have one in stock for me to purchase. INSTEAD I get the response "you can probably find it on Amazon" "it would be cheaper and probably deliver faster"!!! SO what I want to know is does bestbuy work for Amazon because if not I think they really need to clear out a ton of their employees and or retrain them in how to properly help a customer and make them actually feel wanted at their store!! EVERY SINGLE BESTBUY I GO INTO ITS THE SAME RESPOMSE!!

It’s always in and out when I go here. I’m normally on a mission to purchase stuff for my photography biz such as memory cards, card readers, WD external hard drives which are by far the best ones I’ve purchased and last longer than 5 years, some even 10 years, if taken care of. The employees are always quick to help direct me where I need to go and are always energetic and happy. Serves my purpose greatly!

I tried calling the store, the listed phone number does not allow you to call a specific store directly. In addition, the phone rep told me they will not put an item on hold so that I can go pick it up. I think BestBuy i doing a wonderful job of promoting Amazon.

Wanted to purchase a TV on a Friday evening, store mostly empty. Waiting for 20 mins no one helped. No one acknowledged us. I had to search for someone my self. That person help but didn't help me purchase a TV that day. Wasted time

I ordered a refrigerator in March. It was on back order to be delivered in June. Delivery was scheduled in June and I got a message a week before that delivery was upcoming. The night before it was scheduled a local delivery company called me to confirm and per directions I unloaded everything in my fridge for delivery between 7-11 AM the next day. An hour into the delivery window I get a text message to schedule my order. The record of my scheduled delivery was gone. I called the support desk and it took a day to get back with me & tell me the unit would need to be ordered & would arrive in August but couldn’t be ‘installed’ until October. Don’t waste your time. Customer service is horrible.

I have always used Best Buy for purchasing electronics, and they have been great. But this time it was horrible. They had me wait in the heat for an hour for my pickup order and never came. I went inside to see if there were any problems with my order, The employee at the counter told me that they only have one guy who does pickup, and he was out for the day. It's very unprofessional to only have one person on pickup when so many people place online orders these days. The employee finally got my order and it wasn't even bagged. This has been my worst experience with Best Buy.

I went to buy a mini refrigerator.after waiting in that area 10 minutes. I went and found a best buy employee.Told him what I needed.Then 10 minutes later I repeated.After 10 minutes later,I did the same thing.Then I found a employee and asked how to buy something here. He made transaction.Then told me that that store didn't have what I wanted but all the other stores did. I said have other store bring one here. Oh no you have to order one from corporate.that takes 2 half weeks.I did but how stupid that seems to me.Why not bring one from 10 miles but no we have one a thousand miles away .makes no sense. Then wanted 75 dollars to deliver 2 miles away.

Had ended up having to schedule a split installation for my speakers, but I just happened to get a call from the tech letting me know I could come in early but may not be able to complete the second set until my second appointment. Too my surprise while I'm waiting at a bar nextdoor I get a call only an hour and 20 mins into the first install saying my car is ready for pickup. I get in turn on the radio and boom all worked perfectly. Thanks best buy for still keeping the customer first

I visited Best Buy to purchase a couple of Ring devices. No service staff was available to help in making my decision. Facility was clean well organized. I walked in and 45 minutes later I walked out with all the necessary devices to set up home security. No one at cashier line so I exit really fast.

Didn't have what I was looking for and then I had to really try hard to get help grim am employee who was just standing a around talking to another employee about boyfriends. I am real big on customs service, I have worked in customer service jobs in the past and always was very attentive when someone comes into store, never too over bearing but for sure attentive which they were not here, then I didn't realize until getting home, 2 hrs away, that the lady gave me the wrong item for my phone and it won't even fit.. not excited to have to return it.

My computer overheated and the screen wouldn't turn on, and I had extremely important things to do on my computer so I was very stressed out. I went to 3 different computer repair shops, 1 of which said "sorry I've never done hardware before so I can't help you, but you can buy a new computer here," and the other 2 were charging over $150 JUST TO RUN DIAGNOSTICS. I then brought my computer to best buy, not even knowing if they could test it, and they tested it immediately. Within 3 minutes the employee was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my computer, and the options I had to repair or replace it. Even though my computer was still broken, my stress literally disappeared and I was beyond grateful because I finally had an answer. And unfortunately, I did end up buying a new laptop, but the employees were more than willing to help me find one similar to my old one, with more data, and about $100 cheaper. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes. I have always loved best buy but now I plan on going there for every single one of my future electronic needs and I will be the first to recommend it to my friends as well. Thank you all for having such amazing customer service!

Larry was amazing! I had horrible customer service with the female up front with short dark hair. She wasn’t helpful at all and just walked away after saying she couldn’t help without properly saying goodbye. We went to the back and thankfully talked to Larry and happily purchased new products while discussing our issue. Grateful Larry turned our experience around:)

Best buy no longer has phones, or any customer service to speak of. You can’t contact the store directly, just get sent from person to person over seas. None of which can help, they understand your frustration, but can’t help. I would like a call from Best Buy if this post is in any way seen by them. Thank you

I had to purchase a new phone, as I sat on my note 10 plus, while taking my daughter to the pumpkin patch. I ended up purchasing a s21 ultra. I was helped by Jo I believe her name was a young lady, she respectfully answered all my questions, she also installed my s reen protector and phone case on my new phone as well. As the phone was quite expensive she was able to find a display model for me which saved me some money which I was grateful for as with phone, case, screen protector I left the store with 1,300$ less than I came with😭. But I am happy with my purchase I absolutely love my new phone, has an amazing camera and is very snappy. My next visit I purchased a printer which some young man helped me with not the best customer service, but it was quick and he was polite. Overall I always have had good visits to this store. When I bought my girlfriend a one plus 9 pro they were very helpful as well. And I ordered a Microsoft surface online as well as the pen and keyboard I came in to pick it up and was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend this store!

I chatted with someone line from Best Buy about a price match. They approved the price match, but I wanted to think about it a bit longer. Later that day, I decided I would go into the store and see the item on display and decide. I drove to this location from north Phoenix because they had a display model and the item in stock. When I got to the store, a helpful employee showed me the display model, but it was stuck on a weird upgrade screen. He did not seem to know what to do, so I suggest resetting the PC connected to it--which fixed the issue. This would not have been a big deal, but the display model was extremely dirty, like dusty beyond belief, and the area around it was filled with damaged products. Despite this, I figured why not get it, I drove out here. The cashier did attempt to price match the item but needed an approval. The assistant manager came over to approve. At first he was pleasant, but determined that my item was not eligible for a price match. I explained why this frustrating, but he brushed me off and told me I could just purchase a different monitor in my price range--no big deal. I explain that I came all this for that monitor, and once again, he brushed me off, giving zero explanation as to why someone from their online team would approve a price match that he would not. I told him I did not really want it if the price I was promised is no longer going to be honored, to which he responded "prefect." He was incredibly condescending and unapologetic, even though it was his company that a made a mistake. I am not frustrated with the confusion of the price match--these things happen and I can just order from manufacturer website, but I am disappointed and bit shocked at the overall experience.

I spend the afternoon at the abundant best buy with a good buddy of mine. Its was a good time. There was alot to see and shopping here for gifts this time of year is always a great stocking stuffer. The laptop selection is also recommended to check out as well. Overall it was a great experience shopping here, the staff were all very pleasant and not pushy at all. Come on in and shop

For me, being a tech enthusiast, places like this are always good. This bestbuy store has pretty much everything you need, basically from laptops, TVs, desktops, smart home systems, speakers, toys, drones, action cameras, washing machines, cleaners and what not.
