It's KFC so uh, it's kinda what I expected. Definitely nothing to write home about. Overcooked but still mostly edible. These are the Nashville Hot Tenders, a lil tough in some places. I hadn't eaten KFC in probably over a decade & probably even longer for this specific location & clearly, I haven't missed out on a damn thing. Has Jack Harlow ever even HAD KFC, 🤔 why the F did he sign THAT contract, geeze? Only recommend if you are desperate & don't want something else offered by another food place in the same plaza. They had forgotten a couple items on my order so I had went back to the drive thru straight to the window and this bell peppered nose crater faced fry cook comes to the window with a bad attitude telling me I need to stop and speak through the speaker before comming to the window I wouldn't recommend this place got a bunch of kids working together trying to show off shout out to the older gentlemen that handled the situation very respectfully .

I order through Uber eats and was charged for larger and all came in the single small bowls. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Today June 7,2022 we ordered our food. When we got home and started eating, I noticed the original chicken had no flavor or spices in it. Also the mash potatoes had gravy which was bland and not the color or the taste of the original gravy. Just hoping not all KFC are like this. Hope y'all can do better then that.

Some of The workers have great service but this location NEVER has chicken. I hadn’t gone to kfc for months and my last visit they didn’t have crispy chicken. I don’t get how they run out of crispy chicken at 7:50 in the evening. But at least the workers try to keep everything together.

Worst kfc to go to would not recommend! If your reading the reviews after going cause your PO that they forgot something with your order welcome to the family! Got attitude from a pizza lasagna looking dude trying to show off in front of his work Gf. Black dude that came to window to fix the issue was real cool and respectful understood the situation and fixed it. You need a raise. All the other kids that work need to put in a corner.

Ordered a mean to go and only got the chicken bucket no sides..side... tried calling multiple times and it just rings and rings and then hung up !! Horrible service.

How about NOOO! Service? No.. Food decent? No. Order complete? Never The hot food is cold and what should be cold is always hotter than the chicken. Double check the lids on the sides before leaving, we learned that the hard way.. and after the gravy soaked through the paper bag the fun began. No thank you, it was so terrible! Thank you to Cane's for giving me faith again in fast food poultry

I hadn't had KFC in a while so I ordered the chicken sandwich combo and a small coleslaw, Well...The coleslaw was old and had an oniony taste, And as for the chicken sandwich? It was one big - large chicken tendon. "Thew it away"....... P.S. The Soda & Fry's We're Great.

I wouldn't complain, but this is the second time this has happened. Check your order before you leave. Both times I ordered a #2 combo, breast & wing, $8.99; I got a #1 combo, drum & thigh, $7.99. Both times I didn't discover the mistake until I got home. I went back today asking for a $1 refund. I was told, rather rudely, that I should have taken care of it at the time. I was already home. Did they really expect me to go back that night, before I ate to deal with it? She told me to order by number next time. I told her I had ordered by number, number 2, and not to worry, there won't be a next time.

I was just there no more than 10 minutes ago. Ordered a leg and thigh bucket meal. Only got the chicken but ordered the meal. I received no receipt and the guy was not even wearing gloves while touching food. Stay away from this place. They do no care about what they are doing. I tried to call and complain but they don't answer the phone for good reason. People are calling to tell them they screwed up their order.

They were steadily busy. A little short on filets for sandwich but they asked to substitute which was fine. They did a great job. They have the BEST fries. And get this folks they hold up in the microwave for a snack later. Going to stop and bring some home in the future. It's worth it. I dipped them in Sweet Vadalia Onion dressing. Yum.

This is the second time I've ordered from this location and my order has been wrong. Waited 20 extra minutes because they hadn't even started my order by the time it should've been done. Again watery soda, missing my biscuits, and they give me this ridiculously small frys. Support is non existent.

I've been here multiple times over more than a year and my sides are missing without fail EVERY single time, not even an exaggeration. It's kind of wild. One time I went in only for two sides, a large mashed potato and an individual coleslaw and when they gave me my order it was two individual sides of corn????????

I am not shopping at KFC. I have edited my old review and updated it with the today’s visit. They don’t care about the customer and it appears the employees don’t care. I was the only customer and they couldn’t get the order right. I asked for all thighs and mac and cheese instead of cole slaw and I ended up with all 3 and a drumstick. The food tasted old, but I was hungry to eat part of it. I have coupons for 2 sandwiches that I keep forgetting to use, but I think I will give those to someone in need. The mashed potatoes had barely a teaspoon of gravy and everything tasted old like it had been sitting for awhile.

Sat in drive thru at window, I'm an uber eats driver and they usually tell you pull to window. I watched them walking back and forth with all the lights on ignoring me so I knocked on the window just to be told they're closed. It would have taken all of 6 seconds to stop and tell me that but they just don't care. Another car behind me waiting like 10 minutes as well. So I had to cancel an order, customer not happy and I'm out money. Lousy

Always out if at least one menu item when I go here. They've remodeled the dining room...it was clean and refreshed. Food quality is consistent. Ice tasted funny...I don't think they use filtered water in their fountain.

I REALLY wish KFC would post their actual store hours.... I go out of my way to grab something to eat and doors are locked at 8pm. 6 months living in this area i have never ate here in the evening. Its hard to take this restaurant serious when they closed the doors whenever they feel like it....

My wife and I had wings and a bucket we were both very ill. The server did tell us that was all they had left. Maybe I should have listened to him better. I would recommend you wait and have it cooked fresh. This food had been sitting around for to long.
