The worst place to buy children's clothes, in no other store had it happened to me that they did not want to change or accept the return, terrible customer service. At your own risk if you want to buy here. I’m upset. The last year 2021, I made almost a total of $2,000 in purchases between the store and online; I have bought all kinds of clothes, accessories, shoes, and uniforms for my daughters and my nephews, and today I went to the store located in International Dr. Orlando Florida, store # 1750, they did not want me to make a CHANGE of 3 pants that my daughters did not fit, I took my purchase receipt, and the pants have all their labels. Of course, they are in new condition. The employees and even the manager were very rude, and they laughed at my husband and me because we speak Spanish; they told us that they could not make changes, what?, a couple of months ago I made this purchase and what is the reason why they do not want to change the clothes, that does not happen in any other store. Leaving there, I spent more than 500 dollars on clothes for my daughters between Gap and Oshkosh; the terrible attitude of your employees and your absurd policies made me choose other options. Of course, I will not shop at Children's Place again, and I will escalate this issue until you return or exchange the pants that do not fit my daughters.

I'm currently in a MASSIVE line to return a few items and there are only 2 employees in the store. I have no idea why a children's apparel shop would only have 2 employees. It's frustrating to see these employees stop ringing up a customer to retrieve and assist that very same customer because no one else is on the sales floor.

I understand that it is the busiest time of the year with a lot of customers coming in and out as well as the long working hours. With that said, I couldn't be more disappointed than I am with this store. I've been coming to this store for years. Today was the first time I encountered such unprofessionalism and disrespect from an associate. Rose was the name of the young girl that was "assisting" us to proceed our check out. With an egregious attitude and lack of effort to show any type of customer service she was probably one of the most rude and distasteful associates I've had "assist" me. Throughout our visit, she proceeded to tap her fingers because we had asked her if the store price matched with the website and she responded as if she was not willing to help. While we were researched the pricing she continuously continued to huff and puff as well as while new customers came into the store she would greet them in such a poor manner that it seemed as if she didn't appreciate her customers coming to spend her hard earned money in this store. Also, she sat there practically yelling at her fellow associates "everything needs to be cleared or we're not leaving" at the same time throwing/tossing clothing items at the poor guy Carlos telling him "put these away". Lastly, I've been in customer service for 16 years and have been a General Manager for 2 years and in my time of managing career this is probably one of the worst cases of customer service I have personally been in or dealt with. Please fix your staff and retrain them on how to care for what they do, care for their customer and care for their fellow associates.

Worst experience. The store is in complete chaos! Line was insane, staff allows people to cut line and clothes and stuff blocking isles. Displays were broken and just horrible. Won't be back to this place until there is new management. Left my purchase and walked out, horrible just plain horrible!!!!!!!

Love all their clothing. To this day my adult daughter always mentions how she loved this clothing and especially their colors. She is expecting her fist child and when she found out it would be a girl, she brought up wanting to dress her little girl in your infant and children's clothing!!!
