I really like this gym, it’s a great value. Wish it it was 24/7…. They advertise as being 24/5 but even that’s not true, they a really only open 24 hours 3 days/week.

My only problem with Planet Fitness, and maybe it just this one; is that it NOT open 24/7 which is disappointing as its advertised as an always open gym. As far as I am concerned, if I am paying 24 dollars a month for the services that are offered and advertised, then that is what I or anyone should be getting. Other than that I find the gym to be great.

Been coming here for years. After visiting other locations around the state, its beginning to become evident that it could be time for an expansion and some updated equipment.

Amazing facility, amazing staff, amazing everything. They expanded the facility (pics that you see are not accurate) so there are a ton of treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters (!!!), and doubles of weight machines. It is REALLY clean and well ventilated, and every time I've been there, there are spaces available to work out so you can choose to be beside someone if you want. Sign up and go check it out! --- Update as of 2022 - this place is HUGE. it has expanded and is so clean. Checking in and out is a breeze. The air is cold, wifi is great, and the machines are good quality.

Went in to sign up and was met by the laziest worker I have ever dealt with at this location. This was Mother’s Day 2022. She would not allow my husband just to look at what machines they had without signing in. And didn’t want to take the time to sign him up. Told me to use the app. I have had memberships there many times and have never been treated so bad.

I really like the 30 minute circuit. I do it every other day and feel great, don't need any more exercise. Dissatisfied about the missing mirror on the wall in front of machine 5. I have to keep looking back to see if the light has changed to red. Reported it twice to front desk and issue has not been taken care of. The other issue is my dad was denied a key tag, an elderly man with equilibrium problems. So the 30 minute circuit is great but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The staff in general is great but then I received a call from a very unprofessional district manager named ABBEY that accused me of getting a trainer sick and making him lose money because of it. Abbey went on to say that next time I am sick I shouldn’t come to the gym. I cared so much for the staff that I made them lasagna and carrot cake and this is how I am treated. Judgment free zone? I don’t think so.

Lacking in weight machines. Plenty of smith press, but limited variety of cybex type machines. Overabundance of ellipticals and aerobic machines. Don't try to lift when crowded.

The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The equipment is always clean and up to date and they are quick to repair any thing that may have been damaged.

I go to the one in winter garden, it's very quiet in there , ppl respect the policy of cleaning the equipment plus I saw employees cleaning and sanitizing too. not many big guys trying to show off in front of the mirror or taking over the weights area. So I can't complain so far it's being really comfortable.

I’m fairly new to this gym and I like it because I never feel pressured to talk to people or get out of the way. There’s always room for me to be away from other people and have my workout my way. At the same time, everyone smiles at you when you check in and the people are friendly when you do want to interact. Very nice and clean gym.

Planet Fitness needs to have in-service training classes on customer service . Grace who is one of the gym employees flunked the test on customer service,, not sure how you guys are gonna stay in business hiring unprofessional employees, how she gets it together.

Very disappointed with the treatment there, been going to the gym at this location for about a year, Sunday 1-09-22 , was advised by the young Spanish girl at the front desk a Caucasian lady had said I was talking on the phone, the funny part is the lady just walked in the gym and haven’t even started to work out, I was finished up on the treadmill and wiping it off anyway, and was already using the Smith machine and the planet fitness clerk come telling what the lady said, , I get that people can be irritated by hearing other people talk or answer the phone but not complaining when I’m leaving the area you just walked in, so much for that I canceled my membership,

There needs to be a better job by Planet Fitness staff monitoring high demand exercise machines. For example, the incline squat/leg press. Some females will just sit on machine, chat on their phone and text while others wait to use the equipment and refuse to get off. I don't have 20 minutes to wait for a piece of equipment to become available. Timers should be added on equipment and should be set to 10 minutes during high peak times.

The gym is very clean and has a very good selection of equipment that you can exercise with. Actually bragged to the employees at the Kissimmee location about this one. They need to step up their game or I’ll be coming to this location more often.

I just started my membership & I must say the staff in the day time especially the assistant manager is not friendly to people of color I seen first hand the difference in treatment. The night crew is excellent, nice and very friendly Im planning on canceling my membership and switching to another gym or either just go to another gym completely

Very happy with the cleanliness of the club and the social distancing. Always saw somebody cleaning the equipment and common areas. Very friendly staff and wonderful amenities such as the tanning and massage areas. I would love to see you expand to the Hamlin/Horizons West area of Winter Garden. There is a huge housing and retail boom happening here, and we’re practically behind Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park! I think it would be a fantastic location for you!

Good enough amount of equipment. I've accidentally caught myself making noises while working out before and I didn't get yelled at or anything. So though there are rules about being too aggressively demeanored during your workout, it's not as bad as you think. Friendly staff that will help you if you need help. Mainly everyone goes there for the price though. They're affordable and offer plenty of space and equipment for the price. Not as much as some other gyms but you get what you pay for. In this case you may even get more than you would expect for the price.

Loved the fact I could check the crowd meter before I went to see how busy the gym was. Even with social distancing there is plenty of available equipment. Really enjoy the option of the massage chairs as part of the upgraded program.

Very clean! Fantastic staff, a decent selection for their Black Card Spa, locker room leave some to be desired in the showers. All in all I've been here on three different shifts and each time the staff have been very informative when called upon though admittedly not very sociable.

Went in here a few times, one of the times I did not experience any problems. Today was the second time I came in the gym and experienced various problems and was told I can’t workout here essentially, so we asked what we can do to workout and they told us we can’t do anything to solve the issue. Definitely do not recommend I would look for a different gym if possible. 0/10 poor service and they do not even want to help you with any problems you experience!

This establishment is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve always been pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the gym since the beginning of my membership. The changes that has been implemented since this pandemic on top of the cleaning and maintenance that has always been done has me feeling safe and secure.
