I went in and they yelled at me because they were closed. I walked in a minute late. It wasn’t even a “Sorry, we’re closed.” I would have walked out I thought they closed at 8, not 7. Apologies, but that’s no way to treat a customer.

One of the girls here were extremely unhelpful, I know nothing about waxes and asked for advice on what to get. She was very abrasive from the start and didn’t tell me anything about the waxes just kept insisting that I buy a refill can because the machine (wax warmer) would break. It felt like she was projecting her anger from someone before me about this can and kept saying get it if you want but your machine will break and nobody ever listens to me anyways but do what you want. It seemed like she didn’t want to help me so I just said thanks and put everything down and left. I will not be going back to this location because I did not feel like I would be helped.

Ordered online store pick up. It was ready in about 20 minutes, searched 4 stores for specific hair color(2 tubes) and when I arrived to pick up my order up they only had 1, not 2 and no one had notified me. So only 4 stars instead of 5 as I had to go find another tube of that color the next day at different location.

Not very friendly and charging 15 cents for a bag for our items we bought during a pandemic is pretty low. Will only go to the Bountiful one.

Employees have no experience about hair every time I go in to buy hair dye they recommend a 30 volume developer for an all over brown color. I'm not trying to lift my hair color and I do not have grey hair i already have a lighter brown hair! She also tried to recommend a semi permanent hair color. And when I asked for a clay bleach they had no idea what I was talking about.

Went in today to pick up one thing. I get to the register and the cashier gave me a nasty look didn't speak and didn't say good bye just a nasty look. I really hate going to Sally's and I'll try my best to shop else where or better yet online.

I don't know if sallys has a thing with hiring the rudest people or what? But the older woman with short hair at this location is seriously the rudest cashier I've ever had. Every time I walk in and see her there, I want to just walk right back out. If you hate your job so much go somewhere else, don't take it out on the people that you are getting paid to help!!!

Rude costumer service. Kristi was the cashier. Never smiled and didn't say a word to me until she told me my total. Then a quick, "k" and insincere "thanks" She would be better for the competition.

The variety is good but if you have a question the employees I met so far have no clue. It happened twice to me already I got wrong advice and it caused a weird result on my daughter's hair. It should be expected these people to have a proper education.....

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Prices are a lot lower than other places, even without the beautician discounts. They have a small store but have it filled to the max with supplies so you can find anything you want and they have lower end products for those of us without a job plus higher end for "the other people".
