I attempted to go there 2 days in a row and they had closed early the 2nd time I went there was a sign that said employee was on a 30 minute break so I waited and when I decided to check if the sign was down yet the employee had decided to close early again and I had called ahead of time as well to make sure I wasn't wasting my time so she was aware that I was going to be there

Went in to trade in my old PS4 and my cashier, Angel, was not only super helpful but also super friendly. Had a nice conversation with him about the games, weather, and new releases all while getting everything I needed to do done. He even informed me of a release that I've been wanting! Wouldn't have known otherwise since it's so hard to get your hands on. Very pleasant experience and very helpful customer service 😊

I used to go here often, but the selection of games for any console other than whatever is meant to be the latest and greatest is limited. They also try to upsell you their membership every time. I still play video games, but prefer cartridge based consoles. The last new console I purchased was the Nintendo Wii, so I guess not really my thing anymore. I will continue shopping retro, independent game stores. 👌

If you buy a new game from GameStop and play it you can't return it for another game or get your money back. They still make you trade it in so if you paid $74.00 for a ps5 game they might give you 20 bucks. Just a reminder to not buy from this terrible company

Usually this place is great and has some great deals on pre-owned games but on a Sunday I decided to come by with my nephew to buy a game. We found one that was 99¢ and I was confused by the great price since on the cover it didn't have the normal picture of the game but a plain white cover with something along the lines of "Destiny>4 $20" so I wanted to make sure of the price. I go to the register and ask the guy if it was 99¢ and he confirms the price as 99¢ but with a rude tone and uninterested manner. He sounded like he could care less and was bothered by that question. I don't believe I have ever been responded with such a cold/rude demeanor so it was disappointing since I wanted to give GameStop a chance ever since the GameStop scandal. Luckily, I got checked out by another guy with long hair and he was much better in the customer service department. I don't recommend coming here on Sundays and maybe consider not at all. I hear the Clinton store is better.

Hans greeted me with a gentile voice and explained the hype of pops for my new gaming room. I should of done the pro membership because he was so nice, and told me about the bag deal for the pops.. Theres always next time. Give this gamestop a visit for Hans. He needs a raise for being the best in customer service

For the controller i was getting, i paid $10 less online with shipping than i did in person. So if you want to save a little money shop online but if u need it right away, i would consider this gamestop, the employees are nice

My husband and I stopped in to check out some games for his Xbox and my Ps4. The guy was great and even knew some of the games we couldn't remember when we described them. He even gave us a discount to boot. Will go there anytime that we are looking for a fun game.

staff was super awesome. Can't remember the employees names, but they were beyond helpful. I did trade-in and bought some Wii-U games for my gfs kids. The dude helped me to get signed up for pro membership, and walk away with the game I wanted (breath of the wild 🤘) and like 3 more games. It was an excellent experience for me, for her, and her kids. For my girlfriend who isn't a gamer, she bad a pleasant experience with me in there, because of how friendly and helpful they were! Thank You Gamestop! And underpaid heroes!

Certain staff members are quite reluctant and uninterested to help customers, especially in a friendly fashion, yet the overall appearance of the store is great post-remodel. Certainly not the first game store I'd recommend, but it might harbor some deals due to the high-traffic area.

This is a great location, staff is always nice and friendly. Sometimes it’s busy but that’s because it’s GameStop. It looks like they’re now selling computer parts, will plan on buying parts from them. Hailee was super helpful. Give her a raise.

During my last visit I went in looking for a game not really expecting to find it but figured I would ask anyway. They had it and plenty in stock and the employee lectured me that I need to pre order the games I want ahead of time if I want them near release date. So that was kinda rude. And I don't shop there very often and the staff spend more time trying to get me to sign up for the power rewards cards than they do helping me make my purchase. If I say no tell me that's okay and continue to help me with my transaction. Not spend 3-5 minutes trying to get me to buy something I will never use.

Its gamestop. The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially when giving suggestions on products and games. They don't have very good prices on old games so you might be better of going on amazon to buy some used discs. Their return policy on most items is a couple weeks so its not fest but not terrible. If it doesn't work coming out of the box they'll take it back within the return period.

Never had a bad experience here, employees have always been helpful and acknowledge customers. Recently ordered 3 old DS games at the store, employee was friendly and processed the order quickly, even looking up the release dates of 2 games I pre-ordered. The store is a little cramped, and parking can be a pain but overall it's a good location to shop at.

Great customer service!!!! While Christmas shopping I was looking for a particular item and had been searching everywhere. So glad I stopped into Game Stop!!! Their computer system said they had one left of this particular item for my daughter and they spend a very long time climbing and helping me look until the item was found. Always super friendly and helpful.

This trip was for a game they didn't have, but we decided on another game and the guy came over and was very helpful with picking out a game for my son, and we asked if they had the game we couldn't find and they were quick to tell me if they had it, what store did have it, and how much the game was. They also saved me from buying a game that was for connect which I didn't have on that console. It was well organized, and clean.
