The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They take the time to answer questions. The town is quaint so the selection may be limited especially when looking for larger capacity or memory in devices but that is easily remedied by a quick order. The total tech staff is always professional and make sure everything is working before they leave an appointment.

My husband and I only buy electronics from here. No where else offers warranties like Best Buy does. And the employees here are SO VERY helpful. Every question asked, there's an answer, they know what they're doing. So if you want great warranties GO TO BEST BUY. It's worth it. Also, read the fine print of your contracts before running into the store and yelling at these fine employees, they do what they can UNDER THE CORPORATION THEY WORK FOR and rules they have to abide by.

This company compartmentalized in such a way there's no communication allowed between the incoming customer phone calls and the people at the local store, so in order to create an appointment you have to enter physically into the store. I created an appointment then on the day/time of my appointment I show up to the store and I'm told the engineer had left for the day, so I wasted hours of time and a significant amount of fuel on a commute for no reason. This type of miscommunication is unacceptable.

The store has been constantly changing hours lately. Now they are only open from 11 to 7. I can't see these guys staying in business too much longer. They had decent prices in comparison to Amazon when purchasing electronics but it looks like they are doomed to be out of business soon.

It's either a swing and a hit or a miss. Every time I go they have different people. Some who care and others that dont. For those that care you are awesome and thanks. For the others, try a little harder to go the extra mile. I went in bought a phone. Nothing big, but I set everything up myself. The sales associate just walked off after the sale and didn't come back. Luckily the new phone had a sim car remover and everything was backed up already to make the transfer easier. Like I said no biggie. Just a difference in staff.

I (almost) bought a new TV from best buy. I ordered a 65" TV online and when I showed up to load it into the vehicle the manager, John, informed me that he could not help me load the TV due to a liability of damaging the TV. I hoped John would allow me to assume the risk and have him help me lift the TV 2 feet into my vehicle. However he refused to help and I did not want to attempt loading such a large object on my own. I understand the whole liability thing, but it sucks to see customer service getting to the point that you can't just help someone with something they need help with. When I went inside to cancel my order another employee mentioned other managers will help, so hopefully it's just one manager being lazy.

I want to leave a nasty review, it really makes me mad that your company has put graphics cards and expensive products behind a Paywall that only the scalpers could afford to pay for every year, here I am the little guy trying to get a graphics card after the crypto crash and its still behind a wall? Honestly, this practice disgusts me. You talk like it is going to make things better for people who aren't scalping when it's really just screws over anyone and everyone else who is not a scalper. In fact, it incentivizes them to scalp cards better while you make an extra buck off of them, your company is starting to disgust me. Sorry that's bestbuy I'm no longer a happy customer

Purchased TV (many out of stock so picked one in stock because I needed it immediately) and scheduled delivery with 6 hr window today Sat 6/18. Waited the entire time with no communication from Best Buy and finally called the call center only to be told the local store had rescheduled my delivery for Tuesday! They have my phone # and email and never bothered to contact me so I didn’t waste 6 hrs waiting. Also maybe I wasn’t available Tuesday?? Called the local store but nobody answered so it went back to the call center. Very poor customer service and I will not be purchasing there again. UPDATE: TV was delivered Tuesday as revised. However, it was too heavy to put together and lift on my own. Called back to the customer service center and they scheduled a Geek Squad install for Friday. The techs arrived on time and expertly completed the install of the stand and the actual set up of the TV with my FireStick. I appreciate the service recovery efforts.

Let’s see… waited around for an hour for someone to help me buy a laptop. Numerous employees told me someone would be with me then walked by ignoring my presence. I was also going to pick up air pods and and iPad. All in all probably around $3k in sales Best Buy went and lost. I won’t be back. Customer service was beyond terrible.

I lost my phone, and needed to get a new one. I’m a little ‘older’, and I’m not too skilled with technology. I’m sure that Kobe, the salesperson, could have sold me a phone that was more expensive than the one he recommended. He listened to what I used my phone for, and he used that info to help me select a phone that would be sufficient for my needs. Another ‘technologically skilled’ younger customer had been talking to Kobe, then the customer left to look around the store. At that point, I approached Kobe for assistance in buying a phone. As he was working with me, the customer returned. Kobe could have easily ‘hurried up’ with me and begun working with the younger, more fun customer, but instead, he continued to patiently assist me, and he told the previous customer that he would call someone to assist him. I really appreciated the help I got at this store.
