The employees here are very friendly. The store has a large selection of fabric of many different kinds. They have a wide variety of other craft supplies as well and usually have a decent coupon or sale going on so make sure to check their app or website before checking out. They are under-staffed right now, like so many places and it does affect how fast the cut counter, and check out move but the employees are doing their best so please be patient with them. They also have adjusted hours because of the staffing issue so they close at 6:00 PM most nights.

What are people supposed to do who work and can't get there until 7:00 and they're closed. I don't understand how do you have employees to work in the morning and day but nobody wants to work at night all the high school kids I think corporations have just decided to close early and save money. And I wish the store would properly have price tags for the items this is the second time I've brought something to the register and it was a totally different price

Grabbed some brown floral tape to finish my wife's Valentine's Day. They were the only store that had any in the area.

I needed some silk flowers and I know that they are usually on sell. I found what I needed and they were on sell and I also found a clearance candle. I was a little disappointed because I felt like the store was quite sparse in decor products, maybe they are waiting for product, like everyone else 🤔 I was also able to use an additional 20% off coupon which was nice.

OK was looking for Valentine's/heart cards or tags for gift bags. Stuff must come from China and be on a container in the Pacific Ocean. Slim pickings. Sad. I took knitting lessons in this store years ago. Don't know how they pay the rent. Michael's next stop.

Went to framing center, the framer lady was busy with another customer (an elderly lady). Not only was the framer completely ignoring us, she was rude to the customer. The customer wanted info on another frame job and wanted to show the framer a photo and she refused to look at it. Said she would look only if she brought it in. Hubs and I looked at each other and decided to go somewhere else.

I work at Joann and I would just like to say that some of the workers there are amazing,while with others not so much.When I first started working there I thought it was going to be amazing but in reality it isn't. Some of the staff get paid more than others.Are seen higher than others because they have favoritism there,and most of the workers say they want to quit.They've lost about 3 people in just this month because one of the holiday season but two also because of the new manager we have,she cares more about how many people come to work,when she gets to leave and how the costumers are treated instead of the employees.Half of the merchandise isn't even out of the floor because we don't have enough workers to get it out but then I'll have a customer ask for something and I got to say we can't get it out because we don't have enough workers and then they will get mad at me like I'm sorry but I can't changed anything.

Aside from the amount spent on quilting materials, the employees were helpful and nice. So many ideas for so many colors and prints! You would have to be crazy not to buy here!
