Best electronics store in Washington, Utah (UT) 2024

I lost my phone, and needed to get a new one. I’m a little ‘older’, and I’m not too skilled with technology. I’m sure that Kobe, the salesperson, could have sold me a phone that was more expensive than the one he recommended. He listened to what I used my phone for, and he used that info to help me select a phone that would be sufficient for my needs. Another ‘technologically skilled’ younger customer had been talking to Kobe, then the customer left to look around the store. At that point, I approached Kobe for assistance in buying a phone. As he was working with me, the customer returned. Kobe could have easily ‘hurried up’ with me and begun working with the younger, more fun customer, but instead, he continued to patiently assist me, and he told the previous customer that he would call someone to assist him. I really appreciated the help I got at this store. ~LoyAnn
