Place was incredibly clean! Staff ready to help, super kind and knowledgeable. Just didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Always a nice excuse to pop in and see what’s new. Pulled in to a curb side pick up spot and checked in. Showed successfully checked in on the app… waited… waited… 10 min pass nothing… another 10 min… nothing. We were the only ones there! It wasn’t like they were swamped. I Couldn’t go in because I had sleeping kids in the car… it’s 97 degrees outside… Finally had to Leave the air conditioner blaring to make sure the kids didn’t get cooked while I had to go in… no apologies by the employees. A bunch were standing around doing nothing… awful service

I will never go to the Riverdale Best Buy again! I made an appointment there to have something installed, when I showed up they said I didn't have an appointment. Also, they quoted an installation price over the phone which matched the info on their website. When I showed up in person they told me the installation would be twice as much. Very frustrating when you're treated that way.

They had no phone cases for my phone in stock and I have a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra so its fairly new. Also no Samsung earbuds in stock. The 3 employees I asked for help was kinda rude or straight up rude.. Which I thought was weird because normally when I go there they are all nice, or at least somewhat nice. Who knows maybe they were all P.M.S.ing that day!! 🤔 😂🤪 But I finally just left because I was tired of the way they were making me feel.. Almost like I was a complete inconvenience for asking for assistance.. But after I left I wish I would have remembered names..

Customer service Manager could use some training. I counted 17 people working on the floor. There were maybe 10 customers. One shouldn't have to wait for help. But there was. Sad.

Went in to buy an Apple watch series 7, and only after asking for help from the person screwing off on their phone about a fitment question was told you can't try it on because of the security tags and then he blunders walks off. Sometimes it's remarkable how people have jobs. The dude working at 7:00 p.m. on May 16th and the computer and Apple section needs to have a firm talking to about his lack of interest in doing the job he's hired to do

First we went in for a printer, they only had floor models and the person that "helped" us was no help at all and had an attitude, I get that they didn't have printers that we wanted although as we walked around we did find others that he wasn't even about to show us he was too worried about getting back to his phone and buddy! We will never go back to the Best Buy on Riverdale Road.

Even though there's a BB 1 mile from my house, they don't install car audio. So I had to drive 30 minutes to this store. Prior to my appointment I tried to re-schedule and was told there were no other appointments available. This was an interesting twist as when I arrived there was 1 car in the bay and 2 guys eating Subway, not exactly a "hive" of activity. The $549 Kenwood I bought came with "free installation" which is the only reason I wouldn't just install it myself. Except for the $180 of random accessories "necessary" to install the radio. I asked if these were required and was told "yes", even though you can get a basic install kit at Crutchfield for $30. Interesting. I explained I didn't need the steering wheel controls or the OnStar. Nope, still required. I said forget it and just refund my money. The tech with ZERO hesitation said, sure you can do it yourself. Ok, Chad. I will. Thanks for nothing. Apparently they're allergic to work at this location.

My husband and I were out pricing printers and stopped in since it was across the way from target. No one greeted us, no one approached us to see if we needed help. We had to seek out an associate for help/directions where the printers were. And once we found the printers, no one asked us if we needed or had any questions. The only time we were greeted was when we left. There were plenty of associates around but in their own world. Kinda of disappointment with the lack of customer service. Therefore we left with no purchase and went elsewhere to buy a printer.

I went down with my Daughter & SIL last Nov for them to purchase a new 75in TV. We saw a Sweet sale on a Toshiba. We both ended up buying one. I left mine in the box unopened through holiday's and painted my family room right after. It was time to get the TV out and finally set up my brand new TV. My friend was over helping me, we followed every direction on the box for taking it out and setting it up. As we were taking the plastic film off the front, we immediately noticed the bulge at the bottom and ultimately the broken screen. I immediately called best buy, the lady was rude and said they don't warranty screens. Before I could tell her it was obvious defective and appeared the glass wasn't installed correctly from the factory and caused the screen to break during shipping. When I did. She said oh yes defects are covered and she was ready to get an exchange going. Then she said since it was more than 15 days since purchase that they wouldn't do anything. Even though they should stand behind the product at least not having a defect that the purchaser cannot use in anyway. My friend called and talked to several managers who each sent him to another person and they all said they felt like they could do something to make this okay. Ultimately, they all passed any type of help and blamed the next for not having the ability to make anything ok. I get that it was past 15 days, I also get that it's a Defect that they should hold Toshiba liable for. I also see they have the Exact same TV on sale for the exact same price and it isn't like it's some old tech they can't do anything about!! They each had a choice to make a shity thing ok and keep a great customer. But they chose not to. Just in thelast 6 months, I have purchased a Laptop, a Google speaker, a Shark vacuum and a sound bar system. None of which was cheap. After the way I was treated, I will go down the road to another store and not buy from bestbuy again. I will also warn my friends etc of your lack of customer service and support.

Went in for a aux cord for my new phone. Didn't have in stocks so I ordered it online from them was the biggest waste. Got the cord and it broke first use. The wire was so thin a cheap!!! Knew I shoulda went with Amazon!!

Employees where very knowledgeable and helpful so I could make the best educated decision about my purchases. Also they have some great deals if you shop around. I placed an online order and picked up in store grab a few other items and it was smooth easy process.

This is a nice best buy, but don't expect stellar service. I had to hunt employees down for both things. First we needed a screen protector replaced, which was easy one I found someone. The employees would be huddled talking to friends so it was a bit awkward having to interrupt their convo to get help. We also had to track someone down for help with home theater equipment which took about 10 minutes. I finally just walked to the front to ask them to page someone which they did but then it was another wait, which may have been with it but they didn't have any of the units we wanted in stock. They don't provide rain checks for their sale either, but the employee tried to upsell us to a center channel 2x the price, which we didn't get because it wasn't any better audio. If you just need something off the shelf, it's fine, but if you need help that requires an employee, just be prepared to hunt them down yourself because they aren't proactive about offering help, even though it was really slow. I can't imagine if they were busier.

It's a Best Buy, and I love Best Buy. I feel like more and more real estate is starting to be taken up by cell phones and accessories which I don't love. However, they still have pretty good stuff to buy and I love their sales.

Floor plan is easy to see what you need/where to go. No one rushed to sale us the latest gadget but a few did offer assistance when we were ready. Got a 47 inch TV for less then $300 and my husband was happy with the warranty price.

I came in to pick up an online order but decided to browse a bit before I picked up. An employee came by to ask if I needed anything and I mentioned I was there for a pick up so he went and got my order and brought it to me while I shopped. Great customer service!

What can I say, Best Buy is and always worth a quick stop to price match electronic (all) products. I like the items when you first walk in the door. Other than that I highly recommend getting a salesperson for assistance. Best Buy is a warehouse store with carpet. :). Happy hunting.

I haven't been in a brick and mortar electronics store in a while but best buy as I remembered it isn't anything like it is today. The things I was looking for were on display shelves pushed off clumped together like they were being discontinued and I had a hard time squishing between shelves. These items weren't available on the normal display shelves so I think I got in there before they flat out stopped offering them. Store looks desperate to survive and at this pace I'll be surprised if they do. Staff was very nice though! If it wasn't for them this would get 1 star. I think I'll just stick with shopping online.

Bought some computer parts and was enthusiastically helped by Nicholas at the Microsoft desk. He is very passionate about what he dose and really helped me out. Never at one point did I feel pressured to buy, he even let me know about a few discounts I was oblivious to. One of the best buying experiences I had with an in store purchase anywhere.

Very friendly staff. Willing and able to special order hard to find appliances. Would have garnered 5 stars for this visit except for 2 things: A) One employee (same one, repeatedly) pestered me with questions while I was trying to compare preferred appliances: "Can I help you find something? Do you know what you are looking for? Are you looking for a particular color?" B) Lack of selection in traditional microwave ovens (not over-stove). Want to help your customers? Then in this day and age the first question must be: can I show you a specific brand or model that you've researched online? If the answer is "no", then here are follow up questions? Of all the features you've seen in ____, which do you like the most? Of all the quirks you've seen in _____, which do you find most annoying? Tell me about the space where ____ will be installed.

I went to Best buy to buy JBL speakers for my car, found the one's I was looking for but could not get any help from the staff. After trying to find them on my own and wasting over a half hour I walked through the entire store just to find out they only had the demo's could not get a answer for when they were be reordering so I don't think I will be going back to that store any time soon.

I have been looking for a deal on a TV for a while and this is the perfect month to do so. I went online and researched into this TCL 6-series which I purchased from this best buy. It was an open box so I knew it probably wouldn't have packaging. However on best buy's website anything that is marked as a quality excellent and certified from the geek squad it would come with all accessories (or suitable replacement) and packaging (or suitable replacement) I got the tv loaded up with the help of these best buy employees and drove 40 miles back home. I pull off all the bubble wrap and NO accessories or power cord. I utilize an old TCL Roku remote to navigate the TV as well as a power cord that I happened to have FIT! Not only was this product not excellent certified condition as advertised, but also there is a big spot in the screen that is faded purple plus the tv would constantly get stuck on weird screens like this all green screen when booting up. Hard to think an "expert" wouldn't have caught it. Whoever checks these should be re-evaluated. The product is not close to the definition of excellent certified as advertised but instead fair condition. I will be returning it to a closer best buy hopefully tomorrow. The only thing these guys did right was help load the tv in my vehicle. In the photos you can see the problems described. I understand I took a risk trying to purchase an open box product but this was waaaayyyy off the mark in my opinion.
