Joke of a shipping company, especially for Apple Care+. They said they attempted a delivery 3 times even though they didn't. They don't leave notes on your door. I only had 10 days to mail my return and now Apple has charged me the fee even tough IT IS THE FAULT OF FEDEX.

Okay place to email docs and print them for those who don’t want to maintain their own printers. Expensive if you need to use a workstation. Two stars for a couple of reasons, first, the print and go frequently can’t open .pdf documents when printing from code and have to be resent. They only have two self-service copy/scan/fax machines and one is frequently out of service. The female manager at this place isn’t very friendly and complains a lot.

Guilty by association. Since I can't give FedEx itself a bad review I guess I'll have to give it to their print shop. FedEx is so mismanaged in Utah that no matter what shipping you pay for, your package will always be late and they claim to lose it as well. It's the 21st century people. Your job is not that hard.

Are they open until 8 it until 7? Door says 8, but store is dark at 7:15. Very spotty hours. Seems like they are scaling back more each month. With these bankers hours during COVID, can it get any worse? The government run postal service is a breath of fresh air by comparison!

According to the website the time I went in was "usually not busy" and it was dead, three people working and I'm told itd be 30 minutes to laminate three pieces. Seriously? They were "busy with some things" which amounted to standing around and not doing much but chatting. I hung out but have came here other times and get the same story. What is it with not understanding customer service and hello I'd be hkad to get on that for you? I guess they felt bad they did it in 15 minutes for me. And way over priced.... ugh!! Hope they read this but even if they do its been thesame dor years

Good quality prints but bad customer service for helping fix extra costs I was not supposed to pay. I was supposed to get my business cards within 48 hours and it took twice as long. I was supposed to get a mounted foam core poster in matte and it came glossy.. whatever. But they charged me $42 instead of the advertised half off price online. "Couldn't refund me" because I ordered it online.

It is a little pricey but if you are looking for the best quality and quickest service that's what you are paying for. If you don't care to much about the quality of your order then there are plenty of other places that are cheaper. I use them cause I trust them to always get the job done quick and with the best quality. They are always friendly and I've always been pleased. They also have discounts for students.

The reason for the 2 star rating is FedEx in general has a lack of integrated systems; I setup all of my shipments online with the web tool & my FedEx account, and would like to be able to come here and sign in and print sticker labels for fastest processing... Not an option. They have a self serve station, with a paper printer (you still have to deal with the airbill sleeves) and if that's not working then you have to have them build the shipment in their internal system and they have no way of giving you the 15% discount you get for using the web tool. FedEx is sooo close to being awesome...
