EXCELLENT customer service!! I have always had great customer service when I've been in the store. BUT the other day they went ABOVE and BEYOND what they needed to - I accidentally left 2 packages there and they brought the packages to my home. What amazing customer service!!

Edit... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! after the manager confronted me about this review 👇. It was a 3 star review, but after this I changed it to a one star...my mail got sent back the same week. Seems like a convenient coincidence. The lady/owner is crazy. Read the reviews and youll see what the issue is with this business. I discontinued my po box there and will never step foot in the place again. Mixed feelings about this place... for the most part things are good. I do wish there were more adults working there. Adults meaning people over 20yrs of age, seems like its all kids.. I dont like how slow they are to sort the mail and get it put in all the P.O. boxes. I get notifications saying delivered and things don't end up in my box till the following day. One time it said delivered on a Friday and didn't end up in my box till Monday. The bad location is what it is and can't be controlled. For the most part its a great experience other than the small things.

Wow. This place is bad. I just moved to the area and had to return something. Seeing that this was the closest UPS store I didn’t think anything of just dropping it off there. They were SOOOOO rude. The older lady who was clearly either the owner or Manager couldn’t have been less helpful or nice. As I was coming in the door she happened to be coming out of the door with another worker and she rolled her eyes at me in a huff that I was in her way. The other guy even said to her “you could have said something, he couldn’t see that you were coming around the corner”. She scoffed at him. Then she came back in as I was waiting in line and happened to be the one to help me. My GOSH she was rude. It took everything in my power not to confront her. What an awful human being. Then I shared my story with a friend and they knew EXACTLY who I was talking about. They said oh yeah it’s worth the drive to Centerville. Avoid that place - everyone in there is the same way. Not sure how UPS lets them stay in business. Good advice! Will never be going back there!

My item was broke, someone reboxed it and sent it without telling the Recipient that there was an item missing. I didn’t get notified either and still charged for the full shipping and no one is willing to help. I was told a manger would be there today and the line is busy!

The staff at the Bountiful UPS store were extremely helpful and friendly to my husband and me. The manager (Bonnie) was great! We would definitely recommend them for your shipping needs.

Go to the Centerville UPS store or Michael's if you're just dropping off packages. You can expect long lines, long waits, and unfriendly staff at this location. They opened ten minutes late the Saturday before Memorial Day and there was a line out to the parking lot, which included a USPS driver waiting to get in. The employee working said two other employees simply did not show up to their shift. That pretty much sums up this location.

Krista, I'm really sorry to bother you today with my lack of package shipping knowledge. Believe it or not, I actually don't ship packages everyday for my job...

Quick. Friendly. Very helpful! It was a perfect UPS store experience. I know some folks say there was a line, but I’m assuming that’s a timing issue. If you go to the store when everyone else is going you’re going to hit a line. I went around 3 pm on a Monday and walked right to the counter and had a great experience.

I sell a lot on eBay and drop off packages here 3-5 days each week. This is a solid 2-star place, because they do ultimately end up being able to send my packages. BUT there is never any sense of urgency by anyone, even if there are 5+ customers in line. I have waited for 15 minutes without a single customer moving through. There seems to be no priority system in place (why are boxes that were left on the counter being checked in before an actual person standing here with a box?). Let's try to move some physical people out the door, then get the boxes. I have had 2 instances where boxes that I left on the counter have disappeared under suspicious circumstances, so I have to get a receipt on everything now. Anyway, doesn't matter, I try to drop off somewhere else whenever possible (Michaels is just down the street and takes UPS dropoffs).

I understand it’s the busy time of year. But I stood in line patiently for 20 minutes. I was next in line when another rep came out to assist and said “Amazon returns over here” (creating a new line) everyone in the store ran. I sat in line and was next. The rep I was in line for wouldn’t help me because the new line had opened. That is not ok. If you can’t handle the returns don’t process them at your store. Additionally, learn to be kind to your customers as you want us to be to you.
