I have done business in this location for years with a wonderful woman named Liz!! She was always friendly, extremely helpful and personable!! But today a young girl named Cameron was there and she was very very unhelpful and unwilling to help!!! If you don’t like people and helping people, you have no business holding a job to help people. When you don’t want to help and afraid of people. Please bring Liz back to this location or have Liz do the training for the job she had held for years and done so good.

I have rented a box here for 12 years. Recently they increased the price 35% and reduced hours to closing at 6PM. They never notified me, when I questioned the worker they were EXTREMELY RUDE "well we can't be open 24 hours a day..." They used to be open until 8PM.. This has caused me wasted time getting deliveries. The owner calls me when I'm working... "Let me tell you something..." Me.. click. Nope, sorry. Not dealing with mean people in life.

Was told the maximum value of goods that can be shipped through UPS is $50,000. Employee at this UPS location said I should call UPS to see if they offer more but that she couldn't. Would have made more sense for her to call than make me call.

I love this place! The lady that helped me really knows her stuff. They're fast and friendly and a great price! I come here every time. Skip USPS and come here for sure.

The young, red headed girl that works there is incredibly disrespectful to customers. Acts put out and annoyed by everything and is so rude. Second time I have dealt with her and the same result. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with her attitude.

The owner will nickle and dime you to print off labeling from Amazon (even though Amazon has agreements to pay for shipping and labeling) and pay for the paper to print. $2 for "computer use." $.15 for paper. Felt very cheap and not customer care friendly. I did give one additonal star for speedy process.

The team that works here is unreal! There has never been a challenge that I've given that they haven't superceded my expectations. This location has become my home office away from home on most days. Brad and Liz are always cheerful, efficient and work very hard for every customer that walks in. The way their brains can multitask is incredible. I am a small business owner and have always appreciated this branch and all the employees who work here that go out of their way often to help me get my work done on time and looking for professional. This review is years overdue, and I'd write the same review for the Sandy location off of 11400 S. Bill is the owner and he trains a group of great individuals at all of his locations that are loyal and trustworthy. Thank you guys! You're the best!
