This was a long visit. We were greeted promptly by a trainee and queued up for help adding a new line and device. The small store was staffed by one young lady (21 years old and a 2 year associate we learned) in addition to the trainee. We had a couple in front of us with a rather complicated issue. We waited an hour at least-- but no complaint, seeing that the young lady was constantly engaged in moving their issue forward and our conversation was entertaining us. She even helped a customer with their bill during an appropriate pause and moved them along. When she found another pause waiting on something she quickly added a line for me and helped make an educated decision on a free device that met our requirements. She was knowledgeable and engaged in the business. I take one star away for a few times that her conversation with the customers went to a whisper a few times which was slightly unprofessional but really its more like a half star. She killed it otherwise. Good job! ~Mark

This Verizon has the potential to be an amazing indirect store but they have a few things they need to work on. First thing is the employees need to be better educated on the deals and promotions. I almost lost $200 on a deal and they almost lost my buddy $250 on an insurance claim that didn’t need to be done. Second, they need to be better at completing all transactions before leaving for the day. We gave about $195 to pay off an installment and had to come back in 3 days later because they didn’t do the transaction on Verizon’s network. Finally they need to work on communication between the employees and customers. If one of your employees makes a mistake, don’t shift your attitude towards the customer, find the problem and create a solution. ~Colton

After trying to have Verizon send me a shipping label for nearly two months to trade-in an old phone, I visited this store to get my trade-in taken care of. The store only had two employees working there on a Saturday, the busiest day of the week for retail. I waited for over an hour to simply get a shipping label for my old phone. With that being said, the store manager was very helpful and professional in helping me when it was my turn. I understand that there is still a labor shortage but this would not have been an issue had Verizon sent me the label the first several times I called in. I still do not recommend visiting this store because the amount of time it can potentially take to be served. ~Anthony

I have shipped hundreds of packages from this location for work. Really nice people in general. You get a bad egg on occasion but for the most part I’ve really been impressed. Today the clerk was especially outgoing and genuine. In general, Fedex is far from perfect but today the fellow who helped me was just that! ~Eli

5 star for the customer service I received from Kari Whiting, owner of The UPS store in Draper! Kari handled my situation very professionally with the upmost respect. I have done business in this location for years with a wonderful woman named Liz!! She was always friendly, extremely helpful and personable!! But today a young girl named Cameron was there and she was very very unhelpful and unwilling to help!!! If you don’t like people and helping people, you have no business holding a job to help people. When you don’t want to help and afraid of people. Please bring Liz back to this location or have Liz do the training for the job she had held for years and done so good. ~Sarah

This review is for Comenity Bank B&H Payboo Credit Card. I don't even know where to start. The customer service is awful, takes 3-5 business days to respond back through "secured message system". They do not even answer any of your questions, rather post the same reply like an automated person. When tried calling customer service, they sound the same, and will not help you at all. No matter what you ask, their answer is the same. They will charge you fees on top of fees and will not refund them as a one time courtesy (all other major credits cards waive those 1-2 times per year) but not Comenity Bank. Looking at their google reviews, I should have avoided them at any cost, wish I knew better. B&H Photo really needs to dump this credit card company and go back to Synchrony or some other major bank. ~Slava
