I open a Land’s End credit card to get the free shipping when I order the school clothes for my daughter. Be aware, they charge $6.95 for return items. Land’s End placed unauthorized charge on my account for an order I never placed . A few days later,I received a package at my door the wrong order( I open the package it was a school skirt green color, my daughter wears blue at school) I call Lands End and I send the package back in the same day I received and they promise me I will get the full refund.I waisting my time for somebody mistake driving to Post Office, staying on the line and now I’m dealing with Commenity Bank and Land’s End calling them to give me the refund. Lands End refused to give me the refund because I said is an unauthorized charge .I called many times Commenity Bank regarding this issue agents put me on hold or simple just hang up on me. I send 2 messages and told them this is a Fraud and I want to open a dispute, nobody contact me. I will keep calling them until I see my refund in the amount of $42.81 and account balance is $0 and then I plan to closed the account.Commenity Bank is the Worst Customer Service from a Bank and are not aware about the charges from Land’s End on customers accounts. Be aware !!!!

I have no idea who this is. **WARNING: I have filed a police report for these harassing calls. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN OR I WILL PRESS CHARGES.**

I applied for the IKEA projekt card and as the promotion reads, if I spend over $2500 on my first purchase, I qualify for 0% interest over a 2 year period. I got my first statement and even though I spent over $3000, they put me in the 12 month tier to pay off the card. Considering I budgeted for a 24 months to pay them back, I tried to call the number to the credit card company and as soon as you get put into the que to talk to a customer representative, the call drops on you. This is after four straight days of calling on and off. I don't know why IKEA would link their credit card to a bank that operates this way. I know now that before I apply for a retail credit card, I make sure I do research on the bank that is giving out the card and not make an assumption that just because I like the company, doesn't always equate the same with the bank that finances the credit card. Really disappointed.

Going on 2 months of their system being down and messed up! My card was declined for the first month, for no reason. Nowhere near the credit limit. Now my card finally works some of the time but still is declined for no reason.

Comenity has been down for weeks. Nothing works. Easy pay is a joke, the website says error when trying to make a payment and if you can they double charge you, can’t get through on the phones but if I do it’s silence or weird background noise or an out of office message. Comenity refuses to be transparent and they have hit me with late fees during this ordeal. This is absolutely disgusting. If anyone sees this file complaints with your state government entities and federal entities.

Made a payment in store on my cards before the due date because the online system was down. Have never been late on payments and they're still not updating and have given late fees and it's affecting my credit score. I will continue to make payments in store in order to dispute. This this ridiculous!

Huge scams organizations, they will be overcharging late fees after the balance is paid off , you will be surprised months later with new growing bills. I would not blame people who steal stuffs in Burlington stores because the company credit does worst.

I have a comentiy card for Academy. Not only did my bank send a check to pay off but now my credit has taken a hit because the system is taking longer then it should and if you call no one answer. Worse customer service

This review is for Comenity Bank B&H Payboo Credit Card. I don't even know where to start. The customer service is awful, takes 3-5 business days to respond back through "secured message system". They do not even answer any of your questions, rather post the same reply like an automated person. When tried calling customer service, they sound the same, and will not help you at all. No matter what you ask, their answer is the same. They will charge you fees on top of fees and will not refund them as a one time courtesy (all other major credits cards waive those 1-2 times per year) but not Comenity Bank. Looking at their google reviews, I should have avoided them at any cost, wish I knew better. B&H Photo really needs to dump this credit card company and go back to Synchrony or some other major bank.

Comentity sends out bills designed to scam people. It puts an incorrect amount on the bill. This amount will not meet the requirements of contracts with them to pay off your bill on time and without interest and penalties. It is very difficult to get the correct amount, and this is designed to scam borrowers. I have other payment situations-car, new AC-and the bills are exactly correct. Not misleading, not scamming. I would say that anyone should try to find an honest company. THIS COMPANY IS VILE.
