We went to a corporate location first, and were added to a 1 hour wait line, but we saw this store was close by and went there instead. There was no wait, Rafael helped us immediately, was attentive to our needs, super personable, and we ended up getting everything we needed done and having a great time while at it! Thank you!

Updated: The manager of the store called me and tried to convince me that they are just trying to show customers the value of their accessories. But I asked him multiple times if they are required and he would never confirm or deny it. DO NOT go to this retailer. You will be way better off ordering online. They will make you buy all their accessories or they won’t sell you a phone. 150$ per phone worth of accessories. I got the same accessories for 69$ totally insane! Of course, they told me this after running my credit and almost done. Feels like false advertisement or predatory practices…. I can’t speak to the laws but I’m sure that was breaking one somewhere. Or to mention the guy was not knowledgeable about the trade-in process and I think I would have lost out on some of the rebates. I’m glad I walked out and ordered online. New phones will be here in. 2 days and my accessories from Amazon will be here before that. Never again!

This Verizon has the potential to be an amazing indirect store but they have a few things they need to work on. First thing is the employees need to be better educated on the deals and promotions. I almost lost $200 on a deal and they almost lost my buddy $250 on an insurance claim that didn’t need to be done. Second, they need to be better at completing all transactions before leaving for the day. We gave about $195 to pay off an installment and had to come back in 3 days later because they didn’t do the transaction on Verizon’s network. Finally they need to work on communication between the employees and customers. If one of your employees makes a mistake, don’t shift your attitude towards the customer, find the problem and create a solution.

This place is terrible. The day we bought the phones, we felt like things were great. The manager Dean sold us two phones back in November. He told us about the rebates we would receive per phone. My husband is military and we were supposed to get a Veterans Day discount for each phone, plus credits for each of the phones we traded in. When our bill came everything was all wrong. He told us he would fix it, but never did. He did some weird thing where he only charged us for my husband’s phone, without any discounts and didn’t even register that we had bought my phone. He also told us he was throwing in a free wireless charger. But actually charged us for it. My husband and I each spent many hours on the phone with Verizon trying to sort the whole mess out. Verizon did their best to get things arranged to have a similar discount as what was promised, but in the end we ended up paying more than what we were presented by Dean at this location. Just when I had finally put that behind me, another issue arises. He sold me a lifetime screen protector replacement for $40 at the time we purchased the new phones. When I went in to get my screen protector replacement, I was told that the $40 was only for the one protector I had put on at the time of purchase. I’ve never experienced so many lies from a retailer, or such terrible customer service. After reading all the reviews of others who have had similar experiences, I can’t believe Verizon allows them to be an authorized retailer. I will be reaching out to Verizon directly…again. And will make sure I never come back to this location again, after being lied to over and over.
