I had a horrible experience at TMobile Southtown mall in sandy Utah. I spent hours getting a new account and it was still wrong. The next day I spent over 90 minutes trying to correct the problem and the sales help including the manager were rude as can be and hid in the back office most of the time. I had to call the customer service dept and after 1 hour they resolved the problem that the other store created. Is this what I should expect from t-mobile in the future???

I have had T mobile for 16 years and feel like switching after going to this location. Everyone is rude and in a rush. They also do not know how to work their computer system and will tell you low prices up until check out. Then the price will increase by 400 dollars. This is the worst store I have ever been to. I wish I could leave no stars. It should be shut down.

I have been a happy T-Mobile customer for longer than 16 years but yesterday I had the worst customer service experience ever at the Sandy-UT South Town Mall location. The salesman from Texas, told me that he was not getting any commission for helping me because I got my phone from another store. He said that he gets paid very little, most of the money comes from commissions and that he got a family to feed. However, what I wanted was not going to take him a long time. He mentioned you tube as a source for what I wanted (by the way I was the only one customer in the store from the beginning until I left). After I left the store he went outside to smoke. I tried to call his manager, while he was outside but the phone rang and rang and no one answered. I was thinking to get a phone case but I decided not to get it from there after all. I felt unwelcomed and disappointed.

Today my husband and I visited the store to switch my husband over from Verizon. We were helped by Sebastian. Not happy with my trip today. Totally clueless reps They referred me to another business for repairs on Samsung s8. And I've been with Sprint/ Tmobile for 18 years. Thinking about changing carriers after recent interactions. They don't reward loyalty at all.

Upgraded to a new phone, but they did NOT tell me the terms of the upgrade, that I was locked into a plan. I had a free phone plan with work if I switched to T-Mobile, so I went into the store and they told me I was eligible for a free upgrade if I traded in. I asked if there was a catch or any terms. They said no. Now I'm trying to switch phone plans and they have locked my phone until I pay off the terms of the phone. There has been no paperwork, no record of any conversation, or change. I am very frustrated with the customer service, and the entire company.

Rhett is amazing 😀 he taught me something today. Not all T-Mobile stores are corporate. A lot of them are franchise stores. You really need to do your research and go to a corporate store. Another non corporate store messed up my adult children’s account. I came in to help them see if we could fix the issue. This store did an amazing job at customer service. Thank you RHETT you made my day so much better.

Patricia, Bader, & Bryan were all incredibly helpful at store 1815. Some lady at the store on 3300 South and State in South Salt Lake City in Utah applied the insurance that I purchased for my brand new iPhone XS last October (8 months ago) to a different iPhone on my families plan. Not only did she charge Tier 5 insurance for the other phone (a 6s) she left my phone uncovered. If something happened to my phone I would have been screwed. Patty, Bryan, and Bader got my issue resolved and were very helpful with my situation. They all deserve raises. T-Mobile, these are the people you want working for you. Honest, full of integrity, committed, and knowledgeable employees. I hope this review gets up to corporate.
