This store will not help if you have a phone issue they only sell service told me to go to best buy when I needed help getting my phone unlocked. Sad I have paid over 200 a month for a family plan and can't even get a little help from a ATT store. not very helpful at all. Would rather have a store with people who can help trouble shoot or get someone who can vs a store that just sells service and phones as I can do that online.

Working with the staff at my local AT&T store was amazing. They handled all the technical aspects of setting up a new phone, adding a new line to my account and getting me on my way with no questions left unanswered. They were extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. They certainly catered to my specific needs with expert care and effectiveness. This is the best “cell phone” experience I’ve had in memory. Thanks for the amazing service AT&T!

I’ve never upgraded my phone by myself before and I was a Lou type bet Ouse because my mom warned me about certain things. I know they make commission so I was a little Skeptical about certain things . They offered me $800 for my phone but then I got a receipt saying it was much lower.. I was pretty upset but after going back into the store Jordan the assistant manager there walked me through everything and made sure I understood the documents and what exactly it was costing me . He was very very helpful ! I’m blown away at the customer service especially when he wasn’t even the one that upgraded me meaning he didn’t get the commission or anything special for just explaining things to me. This store is very lucky to have him !!

Talk about putting the customer first. Amazing problem solving skill, fantastic team work and the best customer service I’ve received in all the atnt stores that I’ve been in. The manager at this location (I think his name is Dan) made sure that I was taken care of too. Great team!

After paying off all the phones and getting new ones with a $1000 discount on two of them or next phone bill was over $700 so to activation fee? So we go there and ask why is it so high? And why do we have to pay an activation fee for phone lines that have been active for 10 years the customer service agent was rude and did not care at all totally ice cold. Who is teaching them this. He was the worsted human being I have ever encountered he even said I can give the new phone back even though my old one was already turned in his answer was they will refund you the money it was actually worth. 10 years have we been Customers with att no loyalty customer regards from that awful person.

Rayna is the best! She was so sweet, and she took really good care of me. I needed to switch my phone number to AT&T. For some weird reason T-Mobile had a protection lock on my ability to transfer to another provider. I called T-Mobile support, and she stayed on the phone with them, until they took off the transfer protection. She even went interrogation status on them, and wouldn't get off the phone with them until they did what was necessary. All the while, she took care of billing, transfer, payment options, for my new phone, etc. while all of this was going down. It took us an hour. Not because of her, but because of T-Mobile support. They're the reason it took so long. If they were more competent, we would have been done in, like, 10 minutes, at most. Such a professional, and takes care of the customers. She's 100% the reason I'm glad I switch to AT&T! Thank you, for your hard work, and I look forward to coming in, again!

Came in to buy a new line for a phone I've already had for several years (been paid off for a long time). They set up the service, was told it was $65 a month after paperless billing and autopay discounts, plus a one-time $30 activation fee, then typical fees and taxes. I get my first bill, and I'm being charged for a "Tier 4" Protect Advantage that I was never told about, asked about, or authorized. Absolutely dishonest business practice to attach a protection plan without ever asking the customer if they want it or even explaining what it is. After logging into my account, I also discovered the rep signed me up for the wrong plan as well, putting me on the Unlimited Premium instead of the Unlimited Starter plan that we had agreed on several times in-store.

Need to add a line to my account from another carrier service. Mike was awesome. Professional and polite. He took care us from start to finish. Mike greeted us when we arrived and held the door as we left. Highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience here. A young man named Ryan looked at my phone and was very thorough. There is no doubt in my mind that he did everything he could to figure out why it wasn't working. When we decided I needed a new phone he and Lance also did everything they could to give me the best deal they could find. I appreciated their work ethic and the fact that they stayed after store hours to make sure everything was set up.
