Should have read the reviews first seeing it was our first and definitely last visit to Fire house subs. Should have went to potbelly across the street instead but wanted to try a new place. Your experience may vary but I would recommend going to any other sandwich spot in the area. ~John

Great experience at this SlapFish. Employees were friendly and helpful. We ordered the shrimp roll and the lobster roll. Both were fresh and delicious. The fish taco and ultimate fish taco were also great. The food was prepared and brought out in a timely fashion. Inside and outside seating for convenience. Store was clean and organized. ~Ryan

Wonderful experience today. Greeted with a friendly Welcome to Subway. Place was Super clean inside. All toppings were stocked and looking deliciously perfect. Had the Cheese Steak on Italian Herb and Cheese. Perfectly made. Wife had the Subway Club. Very good sandwiches. Easy to see store from street. Easy access, with lots of good parking. ~Corby

I needed new glasses after having my old ones for nearly 5 years (I know, that's way too long!) and I found this place after reading the reviews. I never felt rushed or felt like it was an inconvenience that I had gone in. The front staff are really nice as well! ~Gabby

I had a horrible experience at TMobile Southtown mall in sandy Utah. I spent hours getting a new account and it was still wrong. The next day I spent over 90 minutes trying to correct the problem and the sales help including the manager were rude as can be and hid in the back office most of the time. I had to call the customer service dept and after 1 hour they resolved the problem that the other store created. Is this what I should expect from t-mobile in the future??? ~Carol

Upgraded our phones online because we can’t trust this store. Received a message from T-Mobile telling us to return our phones by shipping them in or by bringing them into a retail store. When we brought the phones in all three associates advocated that we had to ship them and they could not be returned in-store. They’re willing to lie to your face in order to avoid having to do any work that isn’t tied to a sale. If we could trust them on simple little tasks like this, we’d be FAR more inclined to upgrade in store. Plenty of other honest stores near by. ~Cole

My husband and I came in not looking forward to all that making changes to our plan would entail. We needed to remove ourselves from family plans and create a new plan together. We worked with T and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Her calm, patient and kind demeanor (despite us being frustrated AND having many customers to wait on at the same time as us) calmed us down and made us feel SO comfortable. She knows her stuff and was able to answer all of our questions very clearly! She took us through the process and it was flawless. She was kind to ask all the questions that would ensure we got the best deal possible. As if all this wasn’t enough, she stayed PAST closing to make sure we got everything taken care of. I haven’t received service this amazing since I don’t know when. T, we appreciate your help so much. AT&T, we hope you are showing your love and appreciation for your employees. Lots of Clearance deals. I don’t like how dark it is back by clearance I feel like it’s hard for me to see in the racks. Also, the staff seems more interested in closing the store up than getting another sale in a reasonable amount of time. I was trying on one last pair of shoes and would have been done by 8, but I just went ahead and left at 7:55 because It seemed like that’s what she wanted. There was no one in the checkout line either. ~Lyndsay

I bought these sneakers that lasted less than two weeks. They were probably worn a total of five times. When I tried to return them they not only refused but we’re downright rude about it and acted like my son had somehow caused this. The manager was extraordinarily rude just repeating himself over and over again. He told me I couldn’t return them because they have been worn. We didn’t know they were defective until they have been worn! Horrible service horrible policy! Shoes should be expected to last longer than two weeks! Weak Nordstrom! ~Haley
