Lots of Clearance deals. I don’t like how dark it is back by clearance I feel like it’s hard for me to see in the racks. Also, the staff seems more interested in closing the store up than getting another sale in a reasonable amount of time. I was trying on one last pair of shoes and would have been done by 8, but I just went ahead and left at 7:55 because It seemed like that’s what she wanted. There was no one in the checkout line either.

Store has huge selection of women's shoes from running to met gala. I did not find the one I was looking for but employees were very nice and helpful! I will be coming back to check them out again.

Went to return a pair of boots that my daughter had never worn with the receipt, and they refused to take it back stating to me that they were used. Never once were they used. They are either selling worn out shoes or lying. No happy, but will buy my shoes elsewhere.

They had what I needed thank goodness because it was the last in stock. I took them up to the front, the chip reader kept saying remove card so I did. Then she said “no, no, no! You take out too soon!” I said it told me to. Anyways it said chip card error and she told me it was not them, it was my cards fault. Yes, that is a quote. Then she grabbed my open purse and moved it to the side without asking, grabbed my card and gave it back to me and said this is your cards fault. Well I just paid cash, went next door and used my card with no problems. If I didn’t really need the shoes for a wedding I would have gone somewhere else. VERY RUDE! No customer service! You don’t grab someone else’s “open” handbag and move it. Ever. I did tell her to please don’t touch my personal items. That’s when she grabbed my card and gave it back to me.

After a good long search I found some comfortable summer shoes for myself and a good pair pair of combat ankle boots for my daughter in the clearance section. The staff were practically nonexistent and offered no assistance until after approximately 35 minutes when I was walking to checkout. The girl at checkout was diffident and soft spoke with a mask made it hard to hear her.

Nice, expansive shoe store. I've shopped at DSW many times in the past and this one is pretty par for the course. The stock was a little low when I was there, at least for the shoes I was looking at. I was trying to find a new pair of wedges but didn't manage to find any in my size that I liked. Came away with some nice summer sandals though!

I visited this store a while ago because i was actively searching for a certain pair of vans! No shoe store near me had them and told me right away they wouldnt be able to hold them for me anyways, but when i called this location the lady who answered was so sweet and as soon as she found the pair i wanted, asked if i would like them to be on hold. Amazing service and i got the shoes i wanted for my concert 😊😊

The staff is always nice and helpful but their shipping center and/or corporate office is a different story. This review is deserved by the organization as a whole, and not this particular location. I recently returned a pair of shoes that were ordered online, to order a smaller size and was sent a larger size instead. The person at the store helping me didn't make the mistake as my receipt showed the correct size. I ordered another pair while visiting the store, as this location didn't have my size (except for the display shoe, which was a little beat up). When I received the shoes, they had clearly been worn. The soles are white and were clearly dirty and the leather had scuffs and creases. Very unimpressed.
